only_a mean_n to_o enlarge_v the_o common_a stock_n and_o capital_a of_o the_o nation_n and_o the_o revenue_n thereof_o they_o therefore_o humble_o pray_v that_o for_o the_o more_o ample_a reason_n offer_v in_o the_o preamble_n of_o the_o annex_v proposal_n for_o the_o desire_a regulation_n your_o honour_n will_v be_v please_v to_o consider_v of_o the_o form_n therein_o humble_o tender_v for_o
