ORdered by the Commons assembled in Parliament That no Master or Commander of any Ship shall be permitted to Pass or Transport any Sea-men or Marriners until he shall deliver unto the Captain of the Fort of West-Tilbury a note of their Names and shall give security that they shall not act against the Parliament Hen Scobell Cleric Parliamenti Die Sabbathi 14 Aprilis 1649.
