parliament_n in_o england_n otherwise_o dispose_v of_o in_o such_o manner_n and_o measure_n as_o your_o majesty_n in_o your_o high_a wisdom_n shall_v think_v fit_a whereby_o they_o may_v the_o better_o be_v enable_v to_o reinhabit_v and_o defend_v the_o say_a kingdom_n of_o ireland_n 8._o that_o the_o say_a confederate_n may_v rebuild_v the_o several_a plantation_n house_n and_o castle_n destroy_v by_o they_o in_o ireland_n in_o as_o good_a state_n as_o they_o be_v at_o the_o break_n out_o of_o the_o rebellion_n which_o your_o majesty_n protestant_n subject_n have_v be_v bind_v by_o their_o several_a patent_n to_o build_v and_o maintain_v for_o your_o majesty_n service_n or_o otherwise_o that_o your_o majesty_n will_v discharge_v your_o say_a protestant_n subject_n of_o that_o covenant_n or_o condition_n in_o their_o several_a patent_n and_o that_o a_o act_n be_v pass_v in_o this_o present_a parliament_n to_o that_o purpose_n and_o whereas_o several_a castle_n and_o house_n be_v surrender_v upon_o quarter_n upon_o article_n under_o their_o hand_n with_o solemn_a oath_n or_o otherwise_o to_o preserve_v the_o say_v castle_n and_o house_n from_o be_v deface_v or_o demolish_v that_o the_o say_a confederate_n who_o have_v so_o article_v with_o any_o of_o your_o majesty_n protestant_n subject_n may_v rebuild_v the_o say_v castle_n or_o house_n in_o as_o good_a state_n as_o they_o be_v at_o the_o time_n of_o surrender_v up_o of_o the_o same_o upon_o article_n as_o aforesaid_a or_o such_o a_o considerable_a fine_n may_v be_v levy_v out_o of_o the_o estate_n of_o the_o say_a confederate_n as_o may_v rebuild_v the_o say_v house_n as_o your_o majesty_n in_o your_o high_a wisdom_n shall_v think_v fit_a 9_o that_o the_o great_a arrear_n of_o rent_n due_a to_o your_o majesty_n out_o of_o the_o estate_n of_o your_o majesty_n protestant_n subject_n at_o and_o since_o michaelmas_n 1641._o may_v be_v pay_v unto_o your_o majesty_n by_o the_o say_a confederate_n who_o have_v either_o receive_v the_o say_v rent_n to_o the_o use_n of_o he_o confederate_n or_o destroy_v the_o same_o by_o disable_n your_o majesty_n protestant_n subject_n to_o pay_v the_o same_o and_o have_v also_o destroy_v all_o or_o the_o most_o part_n of_o all_o other_o rent_n or_o mean_n of_o support_n belong_v to_o your_o say_a protestant_n subject_n or_o that_o your_o say_a protestant_n subject_n may_v be_v discharge_v of_o all_o such_o arrearage_n of_o rent_n to_o your_o majesty_n and_o that_o your_o majesty_n will_v be_v further_o gracious_o please_v to_o give_v a_o abatement_n of_o the_o great_a yearly_a rent_n payable_a from_o your_o protestant_n subject_n for_o some_o reasonable_a time_n as_o in_o your_o majesty_n high_a wisdom_n shall_v be_v think_v fit_a for_o their_o encouragement_n and_o enablement_n to_o replant_v that_o your_o kingdom_n in_o respect_n the_o say_v land_n for_o the_o most_o part_n depopulate_v by_o the_o say_a confederate_n will_v not_o be_v worth_a your_o majesty_n rent_n for_o a_o long_a time_n 10._o that_o your_o majesty_n will_v be_v gracious_o please_v to_o take_v into_o your_o majesty_n hand_n so_o much_o of_o the_o confederate_n estate_n as_o be_v necessary_a to_o be_v plant_v
