in_o three_o week_n next_o after_o the_o 22_o may_n 1651._o and_o upon_o 5_o june_n 1651._o they_o order_n that_o wray_n shall_v forthwith_o appear_v to_o the_o hear_n upon_o notice_n of_o that_o order_n of_o heart_v till_o your_o petitioner_n get_v he_o command_v up_o by_o the_o council_n of_o state_n 1651._o state_n state_n who_o order_n or_o warrant_n be_v date_v the_o 10._o june_n 1651._o copy_n of_o his_o petition_n deliver_v unto_o they_o hereunto_o annex_v the_o premise_n consider_v and_o for_o that_o your_o petitioner_n have_v now_o for_o almost_o two_o full_a year_n be_v most_o the_o state_n title_n offer_v or_o produce_v and_o in_o regard_n sir_n arthur_n haselrig_n have_v put_v certain_a of_o his_o officer_n and_o soldier_n into_o the_o possession_n of_o the_o say_a colemyne_n which_o be_v but_o unskilful_a collier_n and_o as_o your_o petitioner_n be_v late_o inform_v do_v work_v the_o mine_n very_o foul_o and_o injurious_o and_o be_v like_a to_o destroy_v they_o and_o so_o will_v endanger_v your_o petitioner_n utter_a undo_n in_o point_n of_o breach_n of_o covenant_n with_o his_o landlord_n john_n hedworth_n esquire_n son_n and_o heir_n of_o the_o aforesaid_a
