such_o obstruction_n or_o diversion_n by_o corrupt_a member_n to_o proceed_v to_o matter_n of_o public_a justice_n and_o general_a settlement_n now_o as_o nothing_o do_v in_o our_o own_o heart_n more_o justify_v our_o late_a undertake_n towards_o many_o member_n in_o this_o parliament_n than_o the_o necessity_n thereof_o in_o order_n to_o a_o sound_a settlement_n in_o the_o kingdom_n and_o
