it_o be_v that_o when_o god_n shall_v have_v call_v thou_o to_o his_o kingdom_n which_o alone_o be_v better_a than_o thou_o thou_o may_v confident_o say_v i_o have_v receive_v this_o sword_n from_o thou_o for_o defence_n of_o justice_n this_o sword_n i_o return_v to_o thou_o pure_a and_o undefiled_a rash_o guilty_a of_o no_o bloodshed_n observe_v so_o that_o if_o he_o say_v true_a that_o lewis_n the_o 13._o have_v his_o sword_n of_o justice_n from_o god_n then_o do_v he_o say_v false_a here_o and_o in_o twenty_o place_n more_o that_o all_o power_n of_o govern_v be_v from_o the_o will_n of_o the_o people_n well_o but_o let_v we_o suppose_v a_o king_n make_v by_o the_o people_n which_o be_v the_o party_n govern_v and_o which_o be_v the_o party_n govern_v all_o government_n be_v in_o the_o predicament_n of_o relation_n where_o there_o be_v any_o one_o to_o govern_v or_o command_v there_o must_v be_v another_o to_o be_v govern_v and_o command_v well_o then_o here_o be_v two_o the_o people_n and_o the_o king_n make_v by_o the_o people_n the_o one_o to_o govern_v the_o other_o to_o be_v govern_v say_v now_o which_o be_v the_o party_n govern_v the_o king_n or_o the_o people_n it_o can_v be_v that_o the_o king_n shall_v be_v the_o govern_v party_n for_o he_o be_v but_o a_o creature_n and_o a_o thing_n make_v by_o the_o people_n and_o the_o creator_n can_v be_v rule_v and_o govern_v by_o the_o creature_n the_o people_n then_o must_v be_v the_o party_n govern_v and_o the_o king_n must_v be_v the_o party_n govern_v the_o king_n therefore_o of_o france_n who_o he_o so_o much_o flatter_v and_o all_o other_o king_n whatsoever_o from_o this_o determination_n of_o grotius_n be_v the_o govern_a party_n and_o the_o people_n their_o subject_n be_v the_o govern_v party_n if_o therefore_o it_o be_v impossible_a to_o serve_v two_o master_n who_o by_o equal_a right_a command_n i_o will_v fain_o know_v how_o it_o be_v possible_a for_o a_o king_n to_o obey_v above_o ten_o hundred_o thousand_o every_o one_o of_o his_o subject_n have_v as_o much_o right_a to_o command_v he_o as_o another_o and_o it_o be_v very_o like_a indeed_o to_o be_v a_o very_a well_o order_v government_n and_o much_o conduce_v to_o the_o benefit_n and_o safety_n of_o the_o people_n where_o there_o be_v many_o hundred_o thousand_o command_a and_o one_o individual_a person_n obey_v but_o good_a man_n he_o be_v very_o careful_a that_o though_o the_o people_n give_v king_n all_o their_o regal_a power_n that_o they_o part_v not_o with_o too_o much_o nay_o though_o they_o make_v king_n with_o all_o power_n so_o that_o at_o the_o same_o time_n that_o he_o flatter_v lewis_n the_o 13._o by_o tell_v he_o neither_o king_n nor_o people_n be_v judge_n of_o his_o succession_n he_o have_v before_o give_v the_o people_n of_o france_n a_o power_n of_o alter_v the_o right_a of_o succession_n without_o do_v any_o wrong_n to_o his_o son_n lewis_n the_o 14_o who_o now_o rule_v for_o he_o to_o say_v this_o we_o can_v think_v it_o be_v lewis_n he_o deny_v all_o his_o ground_n to_o pleasure_v he_o yet_o latet_fw-la anguis_fw-la in_o herba_fw-la it_o may_v be_v because_o henry_n the_o how_o then_o can_v this_o stand_v with_o the_o 27_o para._n that_o neither_o king_n nor_o people_n be_v judge_n in_o succession_n or_o if_o power_n which_o be_v exercise_v by_o a_o king_n do_v not_o the_o right_n of_o the_o alienation_n of_o a_o kingdom_n be_v well_o prove_v viz._n i_o may_v give_v a_o poor_a man_n a_o penny_n and_o therefore_o a_o king_n may_v disinherit_v his_o heir_n or_o give_v his_o kingdom_n to_o who_o he_o please_v and_o so_o he_o say_v jacob_n do_v disinherit_v reuben_n observe_v what_o kingdom_n be_v then_o give_v by_o any_o people_n to_o jacob_n to_o which_o
