contain_v or_o any_o part_n thereof_o and_o shall_v thereof_o be_v lawful_o convict_v according_a to_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n by_o the_o verdict_n of_o 12_o man_n or_o confession_n or_o such_o offence_n be_v commit_v to_o be_v deliver_v by_o warrant_n of_o the_o principle_n officer_n in_o the_o receipt_n of_o the_o exchequer_n without_o further_a warrant_n from_o her_o majesty_n four_o time_n in_o the_o year_n be_v present_a at_o the_o divine_a service_n in_o his_o parish_n church_n or_o in_o some_o open_a church_n or_o chapel_n of_o ease_n shall_v incur_v no_o damage_n nor_o of_o england_n then_o be_v or_o after_o shall_v be_v of_o or_o bring_v up_o in_o any_o college_n of_o jesuit_n or_o seminary_n already_o erect_v or_o to_o be_v erect_v out_o of_o the_o realm_n shall_v not_o within_o six_o month_n next_o after_o proclamation_n in_o that_o behalf_n make_v in_o london_n under_o the_o broad_a seal_n return_v into_o this_o realm_n and_o within_o two_o day_n after_o before_o the_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n or_o two_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o the_o county_n where_o he_o shall_v arrive_v submit_v himself_o to_o her_o majesty_n and_o her_o law_n and_o serve_v in_o their_o trade_n as_o merchant_n or_o mariner_n beyond_o the_o sea_n without_o the_o queen_n special_a licence_n or_o under_o four_o of_o the_o counsel_n hand_n upon_o the_o penalty_n of_o one_o hundred_o pound_n every_o offence_n commit_v against_o this_o act_n may_v be_v hear_v and_o determine_v as_o well_o in_o the_o king_n bench_n as_o also_o in_o any_o county_n within_o this_o shall_v not_o discover_v the_o same_o to_o some_o justice_n of_o peace_n or_o high_a officer_n within_o 12._o day_n every_o such_o person_n shall_v be_v fine_v and_o imprison_v according_a to_o the_o queen_n pleasure_n and_o every_o such_o justice_n of_o peace_n or_o high_a officer_n which_o shall_v not_o discover_v the_o same_o within_o 28._o day_n to_o some_o of_o the_o queen_n council_n or_o
