take_v protection_n and_o have_v since_o submit_v to_o their_o majesty_n obedience_n from_o use_v their_o profession_n or_o call_v of_o barrister_n at_o law_n clerk_n in_o chancery_n attorney_n or_o stamp_v with_o this_o mark_n or_o stamp_v which_o he_o shall_v know_v to_o be_v counterfeit_v or_o upon_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n that_o shall_v be_v mark_v or_o stamp_v for_o a_o low_a duty_n as_o aforesaid_a every_o such_o officer_n etc._n etc._n so_o guilty_a and_o thereof_o lawful_o convict_v shall_v over_z and_z above_o the_o penalty_n aforesaid_a forfeit_v his_o office_n place_n or_o employment_n and_o if_o any_o attorney_n shall_v be_v guilty_a thereof_o and_o convict_v he_o shall_v be_v disable_v for_o the_o future_a to_o practise_v as_o a_o attorney_n and_o if_o use_n of_o such_o person_n and_o body_n politic_a as_o shall_v make_v such_o voluntary_a subscription_n and_o payment_n their_o heir_n successor_n or_o assign_v in_o the_o proportion_n hereafter_o mention_v that_o be_v to_o say_v proportion_v the_o money_n how_o to_o be_v divide_v and_o proportion_v that_o each_o weekly_a or_o other_o payment_n rise_v out_o of_o the_o duty_n and_o imposition_n by_o this_o act_n grant_v shall_v by_o the_o auditor_n of_o the_o receipt_n of_o exchequer_n from_o time_n to_o time_n as_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v pay_v in_o be_v separate_v and_o divide_v into_o five_o seven_o part_n and_o two_o seven_o part_n which_o be_v according_a to_o the_o proportion_n of_o the_o say_v yearly_a sum_n of_o 100000_o l._n to_o the_o say_v yearly_a sum_n of_o 140000_o l._n which_o five_a seven_o part_n of_o the_o say_v several_a payment_n arise_v by_o the_o duty_n of_o this_o act_n and_o so_o set_v apart_o be_v appropriate_v towards_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o say_v yearly_a sum_n of_o 100000_o l._n and_o shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n be_v issue_v and_o pay_v to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o subscriber_n and_o contributor_n towards_o the_o raise_n and_o pay_v into_o the_o receipt_n of_o exchequer_n the_o sum_n of_o 1200000_o l._n xii_o transfer_v the_o 200000_o l._n and_o 100000_o l._n to_o be_v assign_v or_o transfer_v their_o majesty_n by_o letter_n patent_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n may_v limit_v direct_v and_o appoint_v in_o what_o manner_n and_o proportion_n and_o under_o what_o rule_n and_o direction_n the_o say_a sum_n of_o 200000_o l._n
