by_o his_o dwell_v or_o abide_n in_o any_o place_n not_o be_v forepryse_v in_o this_o act_n or_o otherwise_o by_o his_o covyn_n or_o craft_n happen_v to_o escape_v from_o the_o say_a taxation_n and_o be_v not_o set_v and_o tax_v and_o that_o prove_v by_o presentment_n examination_n or_o information_n before_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v be_v by_o the_o same_o commyssyon_n appoint_v or_o before_o the_o baron_n of_o the_o queen_n majesty_n exchequer_n or_o two_o justyce_n of_o the_o peax_n of_o the_o county_n where_o such_o parson_n dwell_v then_o observe_v upon_o the_o danger_n of_o the_o punishment_n and_o forfeyture_n lymit_v and_o appoint_v by_o this_o estatute_n upon_o receypte_n whereof_o the_o say_a sheriff_n justice_n of_o peace_n and_o the_o mayor_n and_o head_n officer_n in_o every_o city_n or_o town_n corporate_a shall_v cause_v the_o same_o proclamation_n to_o be_v enter_v of_o record_n by_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o peace_n or_o by_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o city_n or_o town_n corporate_a and_o the_o say_a sheriff_n justice_n and_o other_o the_o say_a mayor_n and_o head_n officer_n shall_v forthwith_o in_o open_a markette_n upon_o the_o market_n day_n before_o michaelmas_n then_o ensue_v cause_n the_o same_o proclamation_n to_o be_v proclaim_v in_o everye_o city_n or_o market_n town_n within_o the_o lymitte_v of_o their_o commission_n and_o the_o same_o proclamation_n to_o be_v fix_v in_o some_o convenient_a place_n of_o the_o say_a city_n and_o town_n or_o in_o such_o of_o the_o most_o occupy_v market_n town_n as_o to_o the_o say_a sheriff_n justice_n of_o peace_n and_o to_o the_o say_a mayor_n and_o head_n officer_n shall_v be_v think_v mete_v and_o if_o the_o say_a sheriff_n justice_n of_o peace_n or_o the_o mayor_n and_o head_n officer_n shall_v at_o their_o say_a general_a session_n or_o at_o any_o time_n after_o within_o syxe_n week_n then_o follow_v upon_o their_o assembly_n and_o conference_n together_o think_v it_o convenient_a to_o retain_v and_o keep_v for_o the_o year_n then_o to_o come_v the_o rate_n and_o proportion_n of_o wage_n that_o they_o certify_v the_o year_n before_o or_o to_o change_v or_o reform_v they_o or_o some_o part_n of_o they_o then_o they_o shall_v before_o the_o say_v xii_o
