law_n which_o other_o shall_v obey_v and_o all_o the_o word_n that_o be_v spend_v in_o aggravate_v the_o sin_n of_o the_o disobedient_a they_o think_v be_v speak_v in_o justification_n of_o their_o command_n and_o on_o the_o contrary_a many_o people_n think_v that_o all_o that_o be_v say_v against_o the_o law_n or_o penalty_n be_v say_v in_o justification_n of_o their_o disobedience_n and_o they_o be_v so_o lamentable_o weak_a that_o they_o can_v discern_v how_o that_o can_v lawful_o be_v obey_v that_o be_v sinful_o command_v when_o yet_o the_o case_n be_v very_o plain_a §_o 3._o if_o a_o thing_n be_v simple_o unlawful_a as_o be_v forbid_v by_o god_n himself_o there_o no_o command_n of_o man_n can_v make_v it_o lawful_a but_o if_o it_o be_v but_o inconvenient_a or_o evil_a only_a by_o some_o accident_n or_o circumstance_n it_o be_v possible_a for_o the_o command_n of_o governor_n to_o take_v off_o the_o accidental_a evil_n and_o make_v it_o become_v a_o duty_n for_o example_n it_o be_v not_o lawful_a for_o i_o to_o travail_v one_o mile_n in_o vain_a nor_o be_v it_o lawful_a for_o a_o prince_n to_o command_v i_o to_o travail_v a_o mile_n in_o vain_a and_o yet_o if_o he_o send_v i_o such_o a_o command_n to_o appear_v before_o he_o at_o such_o a_o place_n yea_o though_o it_o be_v many_o mile_n it_o may_v become_v my_o duty_n to_o obey_v he_o otherwise_o subject_n shall_v not_o be_v bind_v to_o appear_v before_o any_o judicature_n till_o they_o be_v satisfy_v of_o the_o cause_n which_o be_v absurd_a i_o a_o prince_n command_v his_o officer_n to_o execute_v some_o unjust_a sentence_n if_o they_o know_v it_o not_o at_o least_o it_o may_v be_v no_o sin_n of_o they_o in_o many_o case_n though_o it_o be_v he_o every_o war_n that_o be_v unlawful_o undertake_v by_o the_o prince_n be_v not_o unlawful_a in_o all_o his_o soldier_n some_o of_o they_o that_o have_v not_o opportunity_n to_o know_v the_o evil_a of_o his_o undertake_n may_v be_v bind_v to_o obey_v the_o case_n of_o other_o i_o determine_v not_o §_o 4._o so_o if_o a_o pastor_n call_v the_o assembly_n at_o a_o inconvenient_a hour_n or_o to_o a_o inconvenient_a place_n though_o it_o be_v his_o sin_n to_o do_v so_o yet_o be_v it_o their_o duty_n to_o obey_v if_o in_o the_o manner_n of_o prayer_n he_o tolerable_o miscarry_v they_o may_v not_o therefore_o refuse_v to_o join_v with_o he_o if_o of_o two_o translation_n of_o scripture_n or_o two_o version_n of_o the_o psalm_n he_o use_v the_o worse_a so_o it_o be_v tolerable_a they_o must_v obey_v §_o 5._o yet_o if_o the_o miscarriage_n be_v so_o great_a in_o the_o order_n even_o of_o these_o circumstance_n or_o in_o the_o manner_n of_o duty_n as_o shall_v overthrow_v the_o duty_n itself_o and_o be_v inconsistent_a with_o the_o end_n or_o bring_v great_a evil_n upon_o the_o church_n than_o our_o refuse_v to_o obey_v the_o pastor_n in_o those_o case_n can_v do_v then_o as_o i_o have_v before_o show_v we_o be_v not_o bind_v to_o follow_v he_o in_o such_o a_o case_n but_o otherwise_o we_o be_v §_o 6._o the_o reason_n of_o this_o be_v obvious_a and_o clear_a even_o because_o it_o be_v the_o office_n of_o the_o governor_n to_o determine_v of_o such_o circumstance_n it_o be_v the_o pastor_n office_n to_o guide_v and_o oversee_v the_o flock_n and_o so_o the_o determine_n of_o time_n and_o place_n of_o worship_n that_o be_v undetermined_a belong_v to_o his_o office_n and_o the_o choice_n of_o the_o subject_n on_o which_o he_o shall_v preach_v the_o lead_v they_o in_o prayer_n and_o praise_n and_o choice_n of_o version_n translation_n and_o other_o ordinary_a help_n in_o his_o work_n and_o therefore_o when_o he_o determine_v these_o he_o be_v but_o in_o his_o own_o way_n and_o do_v but_o his_o own_o work_n and_o therefore_o he_o be_v therein_o the_o judge_n if_o the_o case_n be_v controvertible_a if_o none_o shall_v obey_v a_o magistrate_n or_o pastor_n in_o the_o work_n of_o their_o own_o office_n as_o long_o as_o they_o think_v he_o do_v they_o not_o the_o best_a way_n all_o government_n than_o will_v be_v present_o overthrow_v and_o obedience_n deny_v we_o be_v sure_a that_o god_n have_v command_v
