suffer_v but_o according_a to_o law_n and_o by_o due_a course_n &_o process_n of_o law_n 4._o it_o be_v also_o enact_v that_o no_o person_n in_o this_o government_n shall_v suffer_v or_o be_v endamage_v in_o respect_n of_o life_n limb_n liberty_n good_a name_n or_o estate_n under_o colour_n of_o law_n or_o countenance_n of_o authority_n but_o by_o virtue_n or_o equity_n of_o some_o express_a law_n of_o the_o general_n court_n of_o this_o colony_n or_o the_o good_a and_o equitable_a law_n of_o our_o nation_n suitable_a for_o we_o in_o matter_n which_o be_v of_o a_o civil_a jury_n be_v try_v by_o a_o jury_n of_o twelve_o good_a and_o lawful_a man_n according_a to_o the_o commendable_a custom_n of_o england_n except_o where_o some_o express_a law_n do_v refer_v it_o to_o
