or_o ten_o mile_n thereof_o above_o 10_o s._n for_o a_o day_n reckon_v twelve_o hour_n to_o the_o day_n and_o by_o the_o hour_n not_o above_o 1_o s._n 6_o d._n for_o the_o first_o hour_n and_o 1_o notwithstanding_o i._o stat._n 5_o &_o 6_o w._n &_o m._n sess_n 5._o cap._n 5._o indictment_n certiorari_fw-la to_o remove_v indictment_n that_o in_o termtime_n no_o certiorari_fw-la at_o the_o prosecution_n of_o any_o party_n indict_v shall_v be_v grant_v out_o of_o the_o court_n of_o king_n bench_n to_o remove_v any_o indictment_n before_o trial_n have_v and_o from_o before_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o general_n or_o quarter_n session_n of_o the_o peace_n unless_o such_o certiorari_fw-la shall_v be_v grant_v upon_o motion_n of_o council_n and_o rule_n of_o court_n in_o open_a abide_v name_n of_o person_n and_o plate_n of_o abide_v wherein_o shall_v be_v enter_v the_o name_n and_o surname_n of_o person_n entitle_v to_o fortunate_a ticket_n and_o their_o respective_a place_n of_o abide_v and_o the_o yearly_a annuity_n they_o be_v to_o have_v this_o book_n to_o be_v sign_v by_o the_o manager_n and_o to_o be_v transmit_v by_o the_o first_o day_n of_o march_n 1694._o into_o ever_o shall_v be_v continue_v there_o or_o within_o the_o same_o distance_n a_o comptroller_n of_o the_o excise_n the_o commissioner_n of_o excise_n and_o comptroller_n to_o be_v appoint_v by_o their_o majesty_n their_o heir_n and_o successor_n x._o fond._n what_o shall_v be_v the_o yearly_a fond._n that_o yearly_a and_o every_o year_n reckon_v the_o first_o year_n to_o begin_v from_o the_o one_a of_o june_n 1694._o the_o full_a sum_n of_o 140000_o l._n out_o of_o these_o money_n by_o the_o say_a duty_n of_o tonnage_n and_o excise_n and_o to_o be_v bring_v into_o the_o receipt_n of_o the_o exchequer_n by_o weekly_a payment_n in_o case_n the_o weekly_a payment_n shall_v extend_v thereunto_o shall_v be_v the_o whole_a and_o entire_a yearly_a fond._n supply_v in_o case_n of_o the_o yearly_a fond_a for_o and_o towards_o the_o answer_n and_o pay_v of_o the_o annuity_n and_o other_o purpose_n in_o this_o act_n after_o mention_v and_o in_o case_n of_o deficiency_n by_o the_o say_a duty_n of_o tonnage_n and_o excise_n to_o discharge_v and_o satisfy_v the_o annuity_n and_o other_o benefit_n and_o advantage_n by_o this_o act_n appoint_v or_o intend_v to_o be_v pay_v within_o any_o one_o year_n to_o be_v reckon_v as_o aforesaid_a or_o if_o they_o shall_v not_o amount_v in_o their_o weekly_a payment_n to_o so_o much_o as_o 140000_o l._n within_o such_o time_n than_o the_o deficiency_n shall_v be_v make_v good_a out_o of_o any_o treasure_n or_o revenue_n belong_v to_o their_o majesty_n their_o heir_n or_o successor_n not_o be_v appropriate_v to_o any_o particular_a uses_n by_o any_o act_n of_o parliament_n and_o that_o to_o be_v issue_v and_o pay_v without_o any_o far_a or_o other_o warrant_n but_o to_o be_v do_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n towards_o the_o discharge_n and_o pay_v of_o the_o say_a annuity_n and_o benefit_n as_o together_o with_o the_o money_n bring_v into_o the_o say_a receipt_n for_o the_o duty_n hereby_o grant_v shall_v complete_o pay_v off_o the_o same_o within_o the_o year_n respective_o grow_v due_a and_o the_o yearly_a sum_n of_o 140000_o l._n arise_v by_o and_o out_o of_o the_o say_a imposition_n and_o duty_n hereby_o grant_v shall_v be_v keep_v separate_a and_o apart_o in_o the_o receipt_n of_o the_o exchequer_n to_o be_v pay_v from_o time_n to_o time_n unto_o such_o person_n or_o person_n and_o in_o such_o manner_n proportion_n and_o form_n as_o be_v herein_o after_o direct_v xi_o subscription_n their_o majesty_n to_o appoint_v commissioner_n to_o take_v subscription_n their_o majesty_n by_o commission_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n may_v authorise_v and_o appoint_v any_o number_n of_o person_n to_o take_v and_o receive_v all_o such_o voluntary_a subscription_n as_o shall_v be_v make_v on_o or_o before_o the_o first_o day_n of_o august_n 1694._o by_o any_o person_n or_o person_n native_n or_o foreigner_n body_n politic_a or_o corporate_a for_o and_o towards_o the_o into_o the_o receipt_n of_o exchequer_n the_o sum_n of_o 1200000_o l._n xii_o transfer_v the_o 200000_o l._n and_o 100000_o l._n to_o be_v assign_v or_o transfer_v their_o majesty_n by_o letter_n etc._n be_v hereby_o charge_v before_o it_o shall_v be_v mark_v or_o stamp_v as_o aforesaid_a or_o upon_o which_o there_o shall_v not_o be_v some_o stamp_n or_o mark_n resemble_v the_o same_o or_o shall_v engross_v or_o write_v upon_o any_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n that_o shall_v be_v mark_v or_o stamp_v for_o any_o low_a duty_n than_o the_o duty_n by_o this_o act_n payable_a the_o offender_n for_o every_o such_o offence_n shall_v forfeit_v 500_o l._n li._n practice_n penalty_n on_o officer_n clerk_n or_o attorney_n for_o fraudulent_a practice_n any_o clerk_n or_o officer_n who_o in_o respect_n of_o his_o public_a office_n or_o employment_n be_v or_o shall_v be_v entitle_v or_o entrust_v to_o make_v engross_v or_o write_v any_o record_n deed_n instrument_n or_o write_n by_o this_o act_n chargeable_a as_o aforesaid_a shall_v be_v guilty_a of_o any_o fraud_n or_o practice_n by_o make_v engross_a or_o write_v any_o such_o record_n deed_n instrument_n or_o write_v upon_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n not_o mark_v or_o upon_o which_o there_o shall_v not_o be_v some_o stamp_n or_o mark_n resemble_v the_o same_o or_o upon_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n stamp_v with_o this_o mark_n or_o stamp_v which_o he_o shall_v know_v to_o be_v counterfeit_v or_o upon_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n that_o shall_v be_v mark_v or_o stamp_v for_o a_o low_a duty_n as_o aforesaid_a every_o such_o officer_n etc._n etc._n so_o guilty_a and_o thereof_o lawful_o convict_v shall_v over_z and_z above_o the_o penalty_n aforesaid_a forfeit_v his_o office_n place_n or_o employment_n and_o if_o any_o attorney_n shall_v be_v guilty_a thereof_o and_o convict_v he_o shall_v be_v disable_v for_o the_o future_a to_o practise_v as_o a_o attorney_n and_o if_o any_o deed_n instrument_n or_o write_n shall_v be_v write_v or_o ingross_v by_o any_o person_n not_o be_v a_o know_a officer_n or_o of_o public_a employment_n entitle_v to_o write_v or_o engross_v the_o same_o upon_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n not_o mark_v or_o stamp_v according_a to_o this_o act_n or_o of_o a_o low_a duty_n as_o aforesaid_a stamp_n penalty_n of_o forge_v a_o stamp_n in_o every_o such_o case_n there_o shall_v be_v due_a to_o their_o majesty_n over_o and_o above_o the_o duty_n aforesaid_a the_o sum_n of_o 5_o l._n for_o every_o such_o deed_n and_o no_o such_o deed_n or_o record_n shall_v be_v plead_v or_o give_v in_o evidence_n in_o any_o court_n either_o of_o law_n or_o equity_n till_o the_o say_v 5_o l._n be_v pay_v and_o the_o say_a vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n be_v stamp_v with_o a_o lawful_a mark_n which_o the_o officer_n be_v to_o do_v upon_o payment_n of_o the_o say_v 5_o l._n and_o if_o any_o person_n shall_v counterfeit_v or_o form_v any_o stamp_n or_o mark_v to_o resemble_v any_o stamp_n provide_v by_o this_o act_n or_o shall_v counterfeit_v or_o resemble_v the_o impression_n of_o the_o same_o upon_o any_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n to_o defraud_v their_o majesty_n of_o the_o duty_n hereby_o grant_v or_o
