be_v many_o reason_n why_o a_o man_n shall_v be_v turn_v out_o of_o service_n 17._o which_o perhaps_o will_v not_o extend_v to_o subject_v he_o to_o punishment_n that_o there_o may_v be_v reason_n regard_n to_o the_o law_n establish_v this_o the_o author_n can_v not_o deny_v nor_o defend_v and_o therefore_o he_o change_v the_o term_n into_o a_o power_n of_o repeal_n law_n with_o which_o the_o commons_o be_v never_o charge_v now_o a_o power_n of_o suspending_a and_o a_o power_n of_o recpeal_n be_v vast_o different_a every_o pardon_n be_v a_o suspension_n of_o the_o execution_n of_o the_o law_n in_o relation_n to_o the_o party_n pardon_v and_o so_o be_v every_o dispensation_n and_o when_o the_o king_n put_v forth_o the_o declaration_n for_o liberty_n of_o conscience_n there_o be_v no_o design_n of_o repeal_n but_o only_o of_o suspend_v the_o execution_n of_o the_o penal_a law_n pro_fw-la tempore_fw-la so_o that_o if_o the_o commons_o design_v this_o vote_n or_o declaration_n of_o
