they_o that_o those_o gentleman_n who_o call_v themselves_o the_o east-india_n company_n and_o deliver_v in_o that_o paper_n to_o your_o majesty_n have_v so_o far_o admit_v the_o truth_n of_o the_o particular_a distinction_n of_o the_o illegal_a from_o the_o legal_a the_o say_a company_n and_o their_o agent_n will_v natural_o be_v induce_v to_o conclude_v all_o those_o power_n to_o be_v legal_a and_o to_o execute_v they_o as_o they_o have_v former_o do_v to_o the_o ruin_n and_o oppression_n of_o your_o majesty_n subject_n that_o unless_o the_o illegal_a power_n in_o their_o former_a grant_n be_v particular_o distinguish_v and_o except_v out_o of_o the_o desire_a charter_n of_o restoration_n the_o estate_n of_o the_o petitioner_n and_o the_o life_n liberty_n and_o estate_n of_o their_o factor_n servant_n and_o mariner_n and_o other_o your_o majesty_n subject_n in_o those_o part_n will_v be_v in_o danger_n of_o be_v invade_v which_o possible_o may_v put_v some_o of_o they_o upon_o judgement_n in_o westminster-hall_n since_o your_o majesty_n happy_a accession_n to_o the_o crown_n and_o for_o that_o in_o place_n so_o remote_a the_o petitioner_n can_v neither_o be_v able_a to_o defend_v themselves_o against_o the_o injury_n before_o they_o be_v commit_v nor_o to_o right_v themselves_o by_o law_n after_o they_o be_v act_v the_o wrong-doer_n be_v out_o of_o the_o reach_n of_o
