till_o he_o have_v utter_o root_v out_o of_o his_o dominion_n all_o the_o curse_a crew_n of_o popish_a jebusite_n and_o all_o such_o as_o have_v receive_v the_o beast_n mark_v and_o especial_o the_o jesuit_n and_o seminary_a priest_n which_o be_v the_o devil_n broker_n the_o pope_n agent_n and_o the_o king_n of_o spain_n factor_n in_o all_o kingdom_n here_o also_o i_o do_v most_o humble_o even_o upon_o my_o knee_n with_o drop_v eye_n yea_o if_o it_o be_v possible_a with_o tear_n of_o blood_n beseech_v and_o entreat_v the_o learned_a and_o reverend_a father_n of_o our_o church_n that_o they_o will_v bend_v all_o their_o power_n and_o authority_n with_o all_o their_o might_n and_o main_a against_o the_o romish_a strumpet_n and_o the_o rather_o because_o in_o these_o day_n she_o seem_v to_o make_v a_o head_n again_o have_v so_o many_o and_o great_a favourer_n that_o she_o and_o her_o complice_n dare_v perk_n with_o their_o neb_n and_o very_o bold_o and_o confident_o prate_v of_o a_o toleration_n here_o also_o i_o do_v most_o humble_o and_o earnest_o entreat_v all_o my_o learned_a and_o godly_a brethren_n the_o minister_n and_o preacher_n of_o this_o church_n of_o england_n that_o in_o all_o their_o public_a teach_n and_o private_a proceed_n they_o will_v make_v strong_a opposition_n against_o rome_n and_o romish_a religion_n and_o i_o beseech_v the_o god_n of_o god_n that_o we_o may_v all_o join_v together_o with_o unite_a force_n to_o march_v on_o valiant_o against_o the_o army_n of_o antichrist_n and_o to_o spread_v the_o everlasting_a gospel_n far_o and_o near_o to_o the_o utter_a overturning_a and_o beat_v down_o of_o this_o western_a babylon_n and_o that_o howsoever_o we_o may_v among_o ourselves_o differ_v in_o judgement_n in_o some_o thing_n yet_o that_o there_o may_v be_v no_o breach_n of_o love_n nor_o alienation_n of_o affection_n among_o we_o but_o that_o we_o may_v all_o go_v together_o hand_n in_o hand_n and_o arm_n in_o arm_n to_o preach_v it_o follow_v to_o speak_v of_o the_o four_o main_a point_n which_o be_v by_o who_o and_o when_o rome_n shall_v be_v overthrow_v but_o for_o the_o better_a understanding_n of_o this_o point_n concern_v the_o person_n that_o shall_v overthrow_v rome_n we_o be_v to_o observe_v that_o saint_n john_n describe_v the_o whore_n of_o babylon_n sit_v upon_o a_o scarlet_a colour_a beast_n 17.4_o chap._n 17.4_o have_v seven_o head_n and_o ten_o horn_n whereby_o be_v mean_v the_o roman_a monarchy_n as_o have_v be_v show_v before_o after_o this_o the_o angel_n expound_v unto_o john_n what_o the_o head_n and_o horn_n of_o the_o beast_n mean_v and_o say_v that_o the_o ten_o horn_n be_v ten_o king_n 12._o verse_n 12._o or_o kingdom_n which_o yet_o have_v not_o receive_v a_o kingdom_n but_o for_o they_o receive_v far_o great_a power_n and_o they_o carry_v another_o mind_n towards_o the_o papacy_n than_o the_o nation_n do_v before_o towards_o the_o empire_n for_o they_o do_v submit_v themselves_o to_o the_o papacy_n for_o conscience_n and_o love_n even_o as_o to_o the_o holy_a church_n which_o they_o never_o do_v to_o the_o empire_n and_o this_o be_v the_o reason_n why_o the_o holy_a ghost_n say_v they_o have_v not_o receive_v a_o kingdom_n but_o shall_v receive_v power_n as_o king_n at_o a_o hour_n with_o the_o beast_n which_o be_v not_o to_o be_v understand_v simple_o but_o after_o a_o sort_n for_o they_o have_v receive_v kingdom_n under_o the_o emperor_n but_o not_o in_o such_o sort_n as_o afterward_o they_o do_v under_o the_o pope_n for_o the_o roman_a monarchy_n under_o the_o dominion_n of_o the_o pope_n be_v in_o his_o great_a height_n and_o altitude_n and_o the_o king_n of_o europe_n grow_v up_o together_o with_o the_o papacy_n in_o power_n might_n and_o dominion_n and_o saint_n john_n add_v 17.13_o chap._n 17.13_o that_o these_o ten_o king_n or_o kingdom_n be_v all_o of_o one_o mind_n and_o do_v give_v their_o power_n and_o authority_n unto_o the_o adherent_n yea_o when_o all_o these_o and_o all_o other_o popish_a army_n shall_v join_v and_o band_n themselves_o together_o against_o the_o christian_a king_n and_o defender_n of_o the_o gospel_n they_o shall_v have_v a_o notable_a overthrow_n insomuch_o that_o their_o dead_a carcase_n shall_v even_o cover_v the_o earth_n and_o the_o fowl_n of_o the_o air_n shall_v come_v to_o their_o great_a talent_n upon_o the_o kingdom_n of_o the_o beast_n shall_v be_v in_o this_o life_n the_o extraordinary_a earthquake_n upon_o the_o dominion_n of_o antichrist_n shall_v be_v in_o this_o life_n life_n rome_n shall_v be_v utter_o destroy_v in_o this_o life_n the_o come_n of_o the_o popish_a army_n to_o armageddon_n shall_v be_v in_o this_o life_n the_o mourning_n of_o the_o king_n merchant_n and_o mariner_n for_o the_o overthrow_n of_o babylon_n shall_v be_v in_o this_o life_n the_o great_a battle_n betwixt_o the_o beast_n and_o he_o that_o sit_v upon_o the_o white_a horse_n shall_v be_v in_o this_o life_n before_o the_o day_n of_o judgement_n the_o pour_v forth_o of_o all_o the_o seven_o vial_n of_o god_n wrath_n upon_o the_o kingdom_n of_o the_o beast_n shall_v be_v even_o in_o this_o life_n for_o it_o be_v a_o absurd_a thing_n to_o say_v any_o of_o these_o thing_n shall_v be_v after_o this_o life_n or_o to_o say_v that_o these_o thing_n shall_v not_o be_v till_o the_o very_a come_n of_o christ_n for_o they_o be_v all_o thing_n to_o be_v effect_v here_o in_o this_o earth_n and_o the_o holy_a ghost_n do_v describe_v they_o as_o thing_n to_o be_v do_v upon_o the_o face_n of_o the_o earth_n for_o otherwise_o we_o can_v have_v small_a comfort_n in_o any_o of_o these_o thing_n if_o they_o shall_v not_o be_v do_v here_o in_o earth_n or_o if_o they_o shall_v all_o be_v defer_v till_o the_o very_a come_n of_o christ_n and_o in_o the_o mean_a time_n antichrist_n shall_v prevail_v but_o it_o will_v be_v object_v that_o s._n paul_n say_v the_o lord_n shall_v consume_v antichrist_n with_o the_o spirit_n of_o his_o mouth_n and_o abolish_v he_o with_o the_o brightness_n of_o his_o come_n 2._o 2_o thes_n 2._o therefore_o before_o his_o come_n he_o shall_v not_o be_v shall_v any_o jot_n of_o his_o word_n fail_v shall_v we_o think_v he_o jest_v with_o we_o when_o he_o do_v so_o often_o and_o so_o serious_o tell_v we_o of_o the_o down_o fall_v of_o rome_n sure_o
