make_v the_o panel_n upon_o this_o commission_n retornable_a in_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o the_o say_a coroner_n shall_v do_v in_o time_n when_o the_o sheriff_n so_o repute_v in_o default_n continue_v in_o his_o office_n sheriff_n sheriff_n and_o that_o the_o same_o new_a sheriff_n 15._o §_o 1._o n._n 15._o shall_v incur_v like_o pain_n of_o forty_o pound_n to_o the_o king_n if_o any_o default_n in_o he_o be_v find_v touch_v the_o return_n of_o other_o person_n by_o he_o empanel_v which_o have_v not_o land_n tenement_n or_o rent_n to_o the_o valve_n of_o ten_o pound_n by_o the_o year_n or_o of_o return_v such_o issue_n which_o the_o coroner_n be_v above_o charge_v to_o return_v as_o the_o say_a coroner_n be_v to_o lose_v to_o the_o king_n in_o this_o behalf_n chancery_n chancery_n and_o that_o the_o chancellor_n of_o england_n 16._o §_o 1._o n._n 16._o for_o the_o time_n be_v as_o soon_o as_o he_o may_v have_v knowledge_n of_o such_o riot_n assembly_n or_o rout_n shall_v cause_v to_o be_v send_v the_o king_n writ_n to_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n and_o to_o the_o sheriff_n or_o under_o sheriff_n of_o the_o county_n where_o they_o be_v so_o make_v that_o they_o shall_v put_v the_o statute_n viz._n 13_o h._n 4._o cap._n 7._o in_o execution_n upon_o the_o pain_n contain_v in_o the_o same_o execution_n execution_n and_o though_o that_o such_o writ_n come_v not_o to_o the_o say_a justice_n 17._o §_o 1._o n._n 17._o sheriff_n or_o under_o sheriff_n they_o shall_v not_o be_v excuse_v of_o the_o pain_n aforesaid_a if_o they_o make_v not_o execution_n of_o the_o say_a statute_n viz._n 13._o h._n 4._o cap._n 7._o fe_n fe_n provide_v always_o that_o the_o say_v justice_n 1._o §_o 2._o n._n 1._o and_o other_o officer_n aforesaid_a shall_v execute_v their_o office_n aforesaid_a at_o the_o king_n cost_n in_o go_v and_o continue_v in_o do_v their_o say_a office_n by_o payment_n thereof_o to_o be_v make_v by_o the_o sheriff_n of_o the_o same_o county_n for_o the_o time_n be_v by_o indenture_n betwixt_o the_o sheriff_n and_o the_o say_a justice_n and_o other_o officer_n aforesaid_a to_o be_v make_v of_o the_o payment_n aforesaid_a whereof_o the_o say_a sheriff_n upon_o his_o account_n in_o the_o exchequer_n may_v have_v due_a allowance_n riot_n riot_n and_o that_o such_o rioter_n attaint_v of_o great_a and_o heinous_a riot_n
