present_a government_n can_v be_v contrary_a to_o covenant_n because_o thing_n which_o be_v contrary_a one_o to_o the_o other_o must_v have_v actual_a be_v together_o at_o the_o same_o time_n but_o the_o very_a being_n of_o this_o government_n suppose_v the_o nullity_n of_o the_o covenant_n who_o death_n as_o it_o be_v other_o where_o contrive_v before_o give_v life_n to_o that_o mutation_n here_o afterwards_o religion_n second_o though_o the_o covenant_n be_v still_o valid_a and_o in_o force_n yet_o when_o we_o be_v swear_v to_o it_o first_o it_o find_v we_o actual_o out_o of_o that_o government_n here_o point_v at_o viz._n of_o king_n lord_n and_o commons_o for_o that_o be_v the_o supreme_a government_n of_o a_o country_n which_o make_v
