make_v void_a all_o dispensation_n from_o the_o see_v of_o rome_n and_o express_o revive_v by_o 1_o eliz._n and_o all_o branch_n word_n and_o sentence_n thereof_o have_v these_o word_n as_o a_o all_o marriage_n prohibit_v by_o god_n law_n limit_v and_o declare_v by_o 28_o h._n 8._o c._n 7._o be_v again_o unlawful_a as_o before_o the_o repeal_n notwithstanding_o any_o dispensation_n therefore_o the_o statute_n of_o 28_o h._n 8._o c._n 7._o be_v revive_v by_o the_o reviver_n of_o the_o statute_n of_o 28_o h._n 8._o c._n 16._o in_o 1_o eliz._n and_o make_v as_o effectual_a as_o before_o it_o be_v repeal_v and_o so_o it_o continue_v if_o it_o have_v be_v enact_v by_o parliament_n after_o the_o repeal_n of_o the_o clause_n in_o 28_o h._n 8._o c._n 7._o that_o all_o marriage_n prohibit_v by_o god_n law_n limit_v and_o declare_v by_o 28_o h._n 8._o c._n 7._o shall_v be_v unlawful_a notwithstanding_o any_o dispensation_n that_o enact_v have_v revive_v the_o clause_n in_o 28_o h._n 8._o c._n 7._o therefore_o the_o same_o thing_n be_v enact_v by_o revival_n of_o 28_o h._n 8._o c._n 16._o must_v have_v the_o same_o effect_n of_o revive_v that_o clause_n in_o 28_o h._n 8._o c._n 7._o i_o will_v put_v it_o for_o more_o clearness_n by_o way_n of_o a_o case_n a_o man_n before_o the_o three_o of_o november_n 26_o h._n 8._o by_o dispensation_n from_o rome_n have_v marry_v his_o wife_n sister_n daughter_n which_o marriage_n be_v prohibit_v by_o the_o canon_n of_o the_o church_n and_o no_o divorce_n have_v be_v attempt_v in_o the_o case_n until_o after_o 1_o eliz._n and_o the_o reviver_n of_o the_o statute_n of_o 28_o h._n 8._o c._n 16._o which_o make_v void_a all_o dispensation_n from_o rome_n it_o be_v plain_a that_o this_o marriage_n be_v not_o prohibit_v by_o god_n law_n limit_v and_o declare_v in_o the_o act_n of_o 28_o h._n 8._o c._n 7_o be_v by_o the_o express_a word_n of_o the_o revive_a act_n of_o 28_o h._n 8._o c._n 16._o a_o marriage_n to_o continue_v good_a without_o separation_n notwithstanding_o all_o dispensation_n from_o rome_n be_v null_v because_o it_o be_v no_o marriage_n except_v out_o of_o the_o grace_n intend_v and_o give_v by_o that_o act_n to_o the_o king_n subject_n marry_v by_o dispensation_n before_o november_n the_o three_o 26_o h._n 8._o and_o not_o then_o separate_v but_o if_o a_o marriage_n before_o the_o three_o of_o november_n 26_o h._n 8._o have_v be_v by_o dispensation_n between_o the_o brother_n and_o sister_n or_o as_o this_o case_n be_v between_o the_o husband_n and_o his_o wife_n sister_n and_o no_o separation_n attempt_v until_o after_o 1_o eliz._n and_o the_o reviver_n of_o the_o act_n of_o 28_o h._n 8._o c._n 16._o these_o marriage_n be_v not_o to_o continue_v good_a and_o without_o and_o be_v before_o cite_v the_o second_o clause_n in_o these_o word_n be_v it_o therefore_o enact_v that_o no_o person_n or_o person_n subject_n or_o resiant_n of_o this_o realm_n or_o in_o any_o your_o dominion_n of_o what_o estate_n degree_n or_o degree_n soever_o they_o be_v shall_v from_o henceforth_o marry_v within_o the_o degree_n afore_o rehearse_v what_o pretence_n soever_o shall_v
