nettervile_n and_o the_o rest_n at_o swoard_n their_o manifest_a set_v forth_o the_o truth_n of_o the_o aforesaid_a action_n at_o santry_n and_o that_o they_o have_v no_o knowledge_n of_o it_o till_o it_o be_v do_v and_o their_o readiness_n to_o give_v redress_n it_o upon_o prosecution_n there_o be_v cause_n either_o at_o the_o board_n or_o at_o a_o counsel_n of_o war_n therein_o also_o lay_v before_o they_o their_o high_a and_o unsufferable_a contempt_n in_o not_o separate_v according_o to_o former_a command_n declare_v also_o that_o there_o be_v no_o intent_n or_o purpose_n against_o the_o life_n of_o they_o or_o any_o other_o your_o majesty_n good_a subject_n protestant_n or_o papist_n who_o be_v not_o actor_n or_o abettor_n in_o the_o traitorous_a murder_n and_o robbery_n late_o commit_v but_o that_o their_o care_n and_o endeavour_v always_o be_v and_o shall_v be_v to_o cherish_v and_o preserve_v all_o your_o majesty_n good_a subject_n of_o what_o profession_n soever_o require_v they_o again_o forth_o with_o to_o separate_v and_o forbear_v further_a terror_n and_o annoyance_n to_o your_o majesty_n good_a subject_n and_o therein_o the_o lord_n justice_n and_o counsel_n require_v the_o say_a luke_n nettervile_n and_o the_o rest_n who_o former_o sign_v the_o letler_n to_o appear_v before_o they_o at_o the_o counsel_n board_n on_o the_o eighteen_o day_n of_o the_o say_a month_n where_o they_o shall_v receive_v due_a hear_n and_o further_o give_v unto_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o the_o word_n and_o the_o assurance_n of_o the_o state_n as_o to_o their_o person_n for_o their_o safe_a repair_n unto_o they_o without_o any_o trouble_n or_o stay_v from_o they_o whatsoever_o and_o that_o they_o have_v no_o intention_n to_o wrong_v or_o hurt_v any_o of_o they_o all_o which_o notwithstanding_o they_o do_v not_o separate_v but_o on_o the_o contrary_n send_v man_n to_o clantarfe_n as_o aforesaid_a which_o give_v the_o lord_n justice_n and_o counsel_n full_a assurance_n that_o they_o be_v resolve_v to_o run_v on_o
