mendicant_n be_v thus_o furnish_v the_o bishop_n to_o spread_v his_o authority_n and_o the_o more_o effectual_o carry_v on_o the_o work_n publish_v the_o ordinance_n follow_v 1._o it_o be_v ordain_v for_o the_o honour_n the_o establishment_n of_o holy_a church_n and_o the_o salvation_n of_o the_o realm_n that_o sufficient_a preacher_n be_v send_v into_o all_o the_o country_n to_o declare_v and_o publish_v the_o croisado_n and_o the_o right_a estate_n of_o holy_a church_n and_o of_o our_o most_o holy_a father_n pope_n urban_n who_o god_n of_o his_o benign_a grace_n pity_n and_o redress_n according_a to_o his_o good_a pleasure_n 2._o that_o to_o every_o such_o preacher_n or_o confessor_n throughout_o england_n there_o shall_v be_v join_v a_o clerk_n who_o shall_v receive_v and_o register_v the_o name_n of_o all_o such_o as_o shall_v offer_v their_o person_n to_o this_o holy_a war_n and_o also_o all_o money_n that_o shall_v be_v give_v over_o who_o the_o say_a confessor_n shall_v be_v controller_n 3._o that_o no_o woman_n shall_v presume_v to_o go_v this_o voyage_n without_o special_a licence_n from_o the_o bishop_n of_o norwich_n under_o his_o seal_n 4._o that_o no_o man_n by_o the_o way_n shall_v rob_v or_o by_o any_o kind_n of_o extortion_n take_v the_o good_n of_o any_o till_o they_o come_v upon_o the_o enemy_n where_o they_o may_v do_v it_o by_o right_a of_o war_n on_o pain_n of_o lose_v all_o share_n in_o the_o say_a pardon_n 5._o that_o the_o say_a preacher_n shall_v press_v the_o people_n to_o say_v prayer_n and_o make_v procession_n for_o the_o safety_n of_o the_o church_n and_o the_o prosperity_n of_o
