that_o the_o say_v collector_n be_v allow_v the_o certain_a fee_n or_o salary_n which_o be_v annex_v to_o those_o collection_n in_o the_o time_n of_o the_o abbot_n and_o friar_n that_o through_o the_o neglect_v poverty_n or_o other_o dafault_n of_o the_o say_a collector_n and_o accomptant_n the_o crown_n of_o england_n have_v lose_v two_o hundred_o thousand_o pound_n in_o that_o part_n of_o the_o revenue_n since_o the_o begin_n of_o queen_n elizabeth_n reign_n which_o stand_v charge_v in_o super_n upon_o those_o bailiff_n or_o collector_n in_o the_o several_a auditor_n and_o receiver_n 150000._o pound_n and_o upward_o which_o be_v take_v up_o by_o the_o say_a sir_n william_n and_o sir_n paul_n and_o other_o of_o several_a man_n upon_o bond_n that_o many_o of_o those_o person_n be_v since_o decease_v together_o and_o have_v leave_v their_o widow_n and_o orphan_n in_o a_o sad_a and_o perish_a condition_n for_o want_n of_o bread_n that_o for_o security_n and_o re-payment_n of_o the_o say_a money_n with_o interest_n his_o late_a majesty_n do_v for_o himself_o his_o heir_n and_o successor_n before_o the_o year_n 1640._o by_o letter_n patent_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n and_o other_o assignment_n upon_o the_o land_n and_o revenue_n within_o the_o snrvey_n of_o the_o exchequer_n give_v warrant_n and_o commandment_n to_o the_o lord_n high_a treasurer_n
