guilty_a and_o the_o chancellor_n and_o treasurer_n be_v to_o hear_v all_o complaint_n thereof_o and_o to_o apply_v speedy_a remedy_n thereunto_o v._o stat._n 6_o r._n 2.5_o justice_n of_o assize_n and_o gaol-delivery_n shall_v hold_v their_o session_n in_o the_o chief_a town_n of_o every_o county_n where_o the_o shire-court_n there_o use_v to_o be_v hold_v vi_o stat._n 8_o r._n 2.2_o no_o man_n of_o law_n shall_v be_v justice_n of_o assize_n or_o gaol-delivery_n in_o his_o own_o country_n and_o the_o chief_a justice_n of_o the_o common_a bench_n shall_v be_v assign_v among_o other_o to_o take_v assize_n and_o to_o deliver_v gaol_n but_o as_o to_o the_o chief_a justice_n of_o the_o king_n bench_n it_o shall_v be_v as_o for_o the_o most_o part_n of_o 100_o year_n last_o pass_v have_v be_v wont_a to_o be_v do_v vii_o stat._n 11_o r._n 2.11_o because_o it_o be_v find_v inconvenient_a to_o the_o subject_n that_o justice_n of_o assize_n shall_v be_v bind_v to_o hold_v their_o session_n where_o the_o shire-court_n use_v to_o be_v hold_v the_o chancellor_n by_o the_o advice_n of_o the_o justice_n shall_v have_v power_n to_o order_v that_o otherwise_o as_o need_n shall_v be_v notwithstanding_o the_o statute_n of_o 6_o r._n 2.5_o viii_o stat._n 20_o r._n 2.3_o no_o lord_n nor_o other_o shall_v sit_v upon_o the_o bench_n with_o the_o justice_n of_o assize_n in_o pain_n of_o great_a forfeiture_n to_o the_o king_n and_o the_o justice_n be_v there_o command_v not_o to_o suffer_v it_o ix_o stat._n 11_o h._n 4.3_o justice_n of_o assize_n shall_v deliver_v into_o the_o treasury_n the_o record_n of_o assize_n of_o novel_a desseisin_n mortdancester_n and_o certification_n every_o second_o year_n after_o the_o plea_n determine_v and_o judgement_n give_v and_o those_o record_n shall_v not_o be_v amend_v or_o impair_v after_o judgement_n give_v and_o record_v x._o stat._n 14_o h._n 6.3_o the_o session_n of_o the_o justice_n of_o assize_n and_o gaol-delivery_n in_o cumberland_n shall_v be_v hold_v in_o the_o time_n of_o peace_n and_o truce_n in_o the_o city_n of_o carlisle_n and_o not_o elsewhere_o according_a to_o the_o statute_n of_o 6_o r._n 2.5_o xi_o stat._n 33_o h._n 8.24_o no_o justice_n or_o other_o learned_a in_o the_o law_n shall_v be_v justice_n of_o assize_n in_o the_o county_n where_o he_o be_v bear_v or_o do_v inhabit_v in_o pain_n of_o 100_o l._n to_o be_v divide_v betwixt_o the_o king_n and_o the_o prosecutor_n xii_o this_o statute_n shall_v not_o extend_v to_o the_o clerk_n of_o assize_n or_o to_o any_o associate_n or_o to_o any_o such_o justice_n of_o assize_n xiii_o neither_o shall_v these_o word_n justice_n of_o assize_n or_o other_o learn_v in_o the_o law_n extend_v to_o officer_n in_o corporation_n but_o that_o they_o may_v be_v justice_n of_o assize_n of_o fresh_a force_n or_o other_o assize_n in_o the_o place_n where_o they_o dwell_v or_o be_v bear_v fourteen_o this_o act_n shall_v not_o be_v prejudicial_a to_o any_o justice_n of_o the_o one_o bench_n or_o the_o other_o for_o hear_v and_o determine_v assize_n in_o those_o court_n nor_o to_o any_o justice_n that_o shall_v take_v any_o assize_n by_o adjournment_n for_o difficulty_n thereof_o xv._o the_o clerk_n of_o assize_n shall_v not_o during_o the_o session_n be_v of_o council_n to_o any_o within_o the_o circuit_n otherwise_o then_o as_o to_o his_o office_n appertain_v in_o pain_n of_o 10_o l._n to_o be_v divide_v betwixt_o the_o king_n and_o the_o party_n grieve_v xvi_o this_o act_n shall_v not_o extend_v to_o justice_n clark_n nor_o
