hereditamente_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o after_o the_o first_o day_n of_o may_n next_o come_n it_o shall_v not_o be_v lawful_a to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n other_o than_o such_o as_o now_o do_v lawful_o use_v or_o exercise_v any_o art_n mystery_n or_o manuel_n occupation_n to_o set_v up_o occupy_v use_n or_o exercise_v any_o craft_n mystery_n or_o occupation_n now_o use_v or_o occupy_v within_o the_o realm_n of_o england_n or_o wales_n except_o he_o shall_v have_v be_v bring_v up_o therein_o seven_o year_n at_o the_o least_o as_o woollen_a cloth_n common_o sell_v or_o to_o be_v sell_v by_o any_o cloth_n man_n or_o clothear_v shall_v take_v and_o have_v any_o apprentice_n or_o shall_v teach_v or_o in_o any_o wise_n instruct_v any_o person_n or_o person_n in_o the_o science_n art_n or_o occupation_n of_o weavinge_v aforesaid_a in_o any_o village_n town_n or_o place_n city_n town_n corporate_a and_o market_n town_n only_o except_v unless_o such_o person_n be_v his_o son_n or_o else_o that_o the_o father_n or_o mother_n of_o such_o apprentice_n or_o servant_n shall_v at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o take_n of_o such_o person_n or_o person_n to_o be_v a_o apprentice_n or_o servant_n or_o to_o be_v so_o instruct_v have_v land_n and_o tenemente_n or_o other_o hereditamente_n to_o the_o clear_a yearly_a value_n of_o three_o pound_n at_o the_o least_o of_o a_o estate_n of_o inheritance_n or_o frehold_v to_o be_v certify_v under_o the_o hand_n and_o seal_n of_o three_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o the_o shire_n or_o shire_n where_o the_o say_a land_n tenemente_n and_o other_o hereditamente_n do_v or_o shall_v lie_v the_o effect_n of_o the_o indenture_n to_o be_v register_v within_o three_o month_n not_o extend_v to_o prejudice_n or_o hinder_v any_o liberty_n heretofore_o grant_v by_o any_o act_n of_o parliament_n to_o or_o for_o the_o company_n and_o occupation_n of_o worsted_n maker_n and_o intent_n and_o mean_v of_o this_o present_a act_n and_o if_o any_o such_o master_n shall_v mysuse_v or_o evil_n entreat_v his_o apprentice_n or_o that_o the_o say_a apprentice_n shall_v have_v any_o just_a cause_n to_o complain_v or_o the_o apprentice_n do_v not_o his_o duty_n to_o his_o master_n then_o the_o say_a master_n or_o apprentice_n be_v greve_v and_o have_v cause_n to_o complain_v shall_v repair_v unto_o one_o justice_n of_o peace_n within_o the_o say_a county_n or_o to_o the_o mayor_n or_o other_o head_n officer_n of_o the_o city_n town_n corporate_a market_n town_n or_o other_o place_n where_o the_o say_a master_n dwell_v who_o shall_v by_o his_o wysdome_n and_o discretion_n take_v such_o order_n and_o direction_n between_o the_o say_a master_n and_o his_o apprentice_n as_o the_o equity_n of_o the_o cause_n shall_v require_v and_o if_o for_o want_n of_o good_a conformity_n in_o the_o say_a master_n the_o say_a justice_n of_o the_o peace_n or_o the_o say_a mayor_n or_o head_n officer_n can_v not_o compound_v &_o agree_v the_o matter_n between_o he_o and_o his_o apprentice_n then_o the_o say_a justice_n or_o the_o say_a mayor_n or_o other_o head_n officer_n shall_v take_v band_n of_o the_o say_a master_n to_o appear_v at_o the_o next_o session_n then_o to_o be_v hold_v in_o the_o say_a county_n or_o within_o the_o say_a city_n town_n corporat_fw-la or_o market_n town_n to_o be_v before_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o say_a county_n or_o the_o mayor_n or_o head_n officer_n of_o the_o say_a town_n corporate_a or_o market_n town_n if_o the_o say_a master_n dwell_v within_o any_o such_o and_o upon_o his_o apparaunce_n &_o hear_v of_o the_o matter_n before_o the_o say_a justice_n or_o the_o say_a mayor_n or_o other_o head_n officer_n reputation_n within_o the_o say_a city_n town_n corporate_a or_o market_n town_n shall_v have_v power_n by_o authority_n hereof_o in_o write_v under_o their_o hand_n and_o seal_n to_o pronounce_v same_o city_n borowe_n or_o town_n corporate_a any_o thing_n or_o clause_n before_o mention_v and_o express_v in_o this_o act_n to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o provide_v always_o that_o this_o this_o present_a parliament_n that_o no_o parson_n have_v two_o mansion_n or_o two_o place_n to_o resort_v unto_o or_o call_v himself_o household_n servant_n or_o wait_v servant_n to_o the_o queen_n by_o his_o dwell_v or_o abide_n in_o any_o place_n not_o be_v forepryse_v in_o this_o act_n or_o otherwise_o by_o his_o covyn_n or_o craft_n happen_v to_o escape_v from_o the_o say_a taxation_n and_o be_v not_o set_v and_o tax_v and_o that_o prove_v by_o presentment_n examination_n or_o information_n before_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v be_v by_o the_o same_o commyssyon_n appoint_v or_o before_o the_o baron_n of_o the_o queen_n majesty_n exchequer_n or_o two_o justyce_n of_o the_o peax_n of_o the_o county_n where_o such_o parson_n dwell_v then_o every_o such_o parson_n that_o by_o such_o mean_n or_o otherwise_o wyllynglye_o by_o covyn_n shall_v happen_v to_o escape_v from_o the_o say_a taxation_n or_o payment_n aforesaid_a and_o not_o be_v towards_o the_o say_a subsedye_n and_o further_o to_o be_v punysh_v according_a to_o the_o discression_n of_o the_o baron_n justice_n and_o commissioner_n before_o who_o he_o shall_v be_v convict_v for_o his_o offence_n and_o deceit_n in_o that_o behalf_n and_o further_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o say_v commyssyoner_n in_o every_o commyssyon_n shall_v the_o levy_n and_o payment_n of_o that_o sum_n or_o sum_n the_o same_o commissioner_n shall_v make_v a_o precepte_v in_o such_o manner_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a for_o to_o attach_v take_v and_o arrest_v the_o body_n of_o such_o parson_n or_o parson_n that_o ought_v to_o pay_v the_o say_a sum_n and_o by_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v charge_v with_o and_o for_o the_o say_a sum_n or_o sum_n and_o they_o so_o take_v safe_o to_o keep_v in_o prison_n within_o the_o shire_n or_o other_o place_n where_o any_o such_o parson_n or_o parson_n shall_v be_v take_v and_o attach_v there_o to_o remain_v without_o bail_n or_o mainpryse_n untyll_o he_o have_v pay_v the_o same_o sum_n or_o sum_n that_o such_o parson_n for_o himself_o or_o for_o any_o other_o by_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v chargeable_a or_o aught_o to_o be_v charge_v withal_o and_o also_o for_o the_o fee_n of_o every_o such_o arrest_n to_o he_o or_o they_o that_o shall_v execute_v such_o precept_n xx_o d_o and_o that_o every_o officer_n unto_o who_o such_o precepte_v shall_v be_v direct_v do_v his_o true_a diligence_n and_o execute_v the_o same_o upon_o everye_o parson_n so_o be_v indebt_v upon_o pain_n to_o forfeit_n to_o the_o queen_n majesty_n for_o every_o default_n in_o that_o behalf_n twenty_o shyllynge_v and_o that_o no_o keeper_n of_o any_o gaol_n from_o his_o gaol_n suffer_v any_o such_o parson_n to_o go_v at_o large_a by_o let_v to_o bail_n or_o otherwise_o to_o depart_v out_o of_o his_o prison_n before_o he_o have_v pay_v his_o say_a debt_n and_o the_o say_v xx.d_n for_o the_o say_a arrest_n upon_o pain_n to_o forfeit_n to_o the_o queen_n majesty_n forty_o shyllynge_v and_o the_o same_o gaoler_n to_o pay_v unto_o the_o queen_n majesty_n the_o double_a value_n aswell_o of_o the_o rate_n which_o the_o say_a parson_n so_o imprison_v be_v tax_v as_o of_o the_o say_v xx.d_n for_o the_o fee_n and_o like_o process_n and_o remedy_n in_o like_a manner_n and_o form_n shall_v be_v grant_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o by_o the_o say_a commission_n shall_v be_v thereunto_o appoint_v at_o like_a infirmation_n of_o every_o parson_n or_o parson_n be_v charge_v with_o any_o sum_n of_o money_n for_o any_o other_o parson_n or_o parson_n by_o reason_n of_o the_o say_a subsedye_n and_o not_o thereof_o pay_v but_o wilful_o withdraw_v ne_o the_o same_o levyable_a within_o the_o limit_n where_o such_o parson_n be_v thereunto_o tax_v and_o if_o the_o sum_n or_o sum_n be_v behind_o unpayde_v by_o any_o parson_n or_o parson_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a be_v levy_v and_o gather_v by_o force_n of_o the_o say_a process_n to_o be_v make_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o if_o indefaulte_n or_o for_o lack_n of_o payment_n thereof_o the_o parson_n or_o parson_n so_o owe_v the_o say_a sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n by_o process_n of_o the_o same_o commissioner_n to_o be_v make_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a be_v commit_v to_o prison_n in_o form_n abovesayde_v that_o then_o the_o say_a commissioner_n which_o shall_v award_n such_o process_n shall_v make_v certificate_n thereof_o in_o the_o say_a exchequer_n of_o that_o shall_v be_v do_v in_o the_o premise_n in_o the_o term_n next_o follow_v after_o such_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n so_o be_v behind_o shall_v be_v levy_v and_o gather_v or_o such_o parson_n or_o parson_n for_o non_fw-la payment_n of_o the_o same_o commit_v to_o prison_n and_o if_o it_o happen_v any_o of_o the_o say_a collector_n to_o be_v assign_v or_o any_o major_n sheryffe_n steward_n constable_n the_o nedborow_n borsholder_n bailiff_n or_o any_o other_o officer_n or_o minister_n or_o other_o whatsoever_o parson_n or_o parson_n to_o disobey_v the_o say_a commissyoner_n or_o any_o of_o they_o in_o the_o reasonable_a request_n to_o they_o make_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n for_o the_o execution_n of_o the_o say_a commission_n or_o if_o any_o of_o the_o officer_n or_o other_o parson_n do_v refuse_v that_o to_o they_o shall_v appertain_v and_o belong_v to_o do_v by_o reason_n of_o any_o precepte_v to_o he_o or_o they_o to_o be_v direct_v or_o any_o reasonable_a commandment_n instance_n or_o request_n touch_v the_o premyss_n or_o other_o default_n in_o any_o appearance_n or_o collection_n to_o make_v or_o if_o any_o parson_n be_v suspect_n or_o not_o to_o be_v indifferent_o tax_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a do_v refuse_v to_o be_v examine_v accord_v to_o the_o tenor_n
