of_o such_o horse_n do_v dwell_v and_o be_v it_o etc._n etc._n that_o all_o foreste_n chase_n commons_o moor_n marsh_n heathe_n and_o waste_v ground_n within_o this_o realm_n of_o england_n and_o wales_n and_o the_o march_n of_o the_o same_o and_o every_o of_o they_o shall_v be_v drive_v at_o the_o feast_n of_o s._n michael_n tharchangell_n next_o come_v or_o within_o xv_o day_n than_o next_o after_o and_o so_o yearly_a to_o be_v drive_v by_o the_o lord_n owner_n or_o possessor_n of_o the_o say_a foreste_n chase_n or_o by_o the_o officer_n of_o the_o same_o and_o by_o the_o constable_n hedboroughe_n bailiff_n bursholder_n and_o tthe_a man_n within_o who_o office_n and_o precinct_n and_o limit_n forest_n forf_n for_o not_o drive_v of_o the_o forest_n the_o commons_o moor_n marsh_n hethes_fw-mi and_o waste_v ground_n be_v out_o of_o the_o foreste_n and_o chase_n be_v or_o lie_v upon_o pain_n of_o xl.s._n to_o be_v forfeit_v to_o our_o say_a sovereign_a lord_n the_o king_n by_o every_o of_o the_o say_a officer_n bailiff_n constable_n hedboroughe_n burshelder_n &_o tythingman_n as_o often_o &_o at_o every_o time_n as_o the_o say_a drift_n shall_v be_v omit_v or_o leave_v undo_v or_o not_o effctual_o do_v within_o xv_o day_n after_o the_o say_a feast_n of_o s._n michael_n tharchangell_n as_o be_v a_o foresay_a and_o it_o shall_v also_o be_v lawful_a to_o the_o say_a lord_n owner_n and_o possessioner_n of_o the_o say_a foreste_n &_o chase_n by_o their_o officer_n of_o the_o same_o and_o by_o the_o constable_n bailiff_n hedhorough_n bursholder_n and_o tithe_n man_n i_o the_o drift_n of_o the_o forest_n be_v to_o be_v make_v as_o often_o as_o the_o officer_n shall_v think_v i_o and_o every_o of_o they_o within_o the_o limit_n of_o their_o office_n to_o make_v like_o drift_n of_o the_o say_a forest_n chase_n commons_o moor_n marsh_n hethes_fw-mi and_o waste_a ground_n at_o any_o other_o season_n &_o time_n of_o the_o year_n whansoever_o and_o as_o often_o as_o they_o shall_v think_v meet_a and_o convenient_a and_o furthermore_o be_v it_o enact_v that_o if_o in_o any_o of_o the_o say_a drift_n there_o shall_v be_v find_v any_o mare_n fili_fw-la foal_n or_o gelding_n that_o they_o shall_v be_v think_v not_o to_o be_v able_a nor_o like_a to_o grow_v to_o be_v able_a to_o bear_v fole_n of_o reasonable_a stature_n or_o not_o able_a nor_o like_a to_o
