consequence_n of_o it_o to_o be_v that_o the_o prince_n and_o people_n must_v not_o only_o live_v in_o a_o constant_a jealousy_n and_o dread_n of_o one_o another_o but_o must_v always_o be_v embark_v in_o a_o intestine_a war._n nor_o be_v it_o to_o be_v avoid_v unless_o either_o by_o the_o king_n be_v arrive_v at_o the_o height_n of_o tyranny_n and_o the_o people_n sink_v into_o the_o abyss_n of_o slavery_n or_o by_o the_o subject_n grasp_a the_o whole_a power_n and_o authority_n and_o leave_v unto_o the_o king_n a_o empty_a name_n yea_o it_o be_v a_o destroy_n of_o the_o very_a end_n for_o which_o government_n be_v ordain_v of_o god_n and_o submit_v unto_o by_o man_n see_v that_o be_v nothing_o else_o but_o that_o the_o whole_a society_n comprehend_v ruler_n and_o rule_v may_v have_v but_o one_o common_a political_a interest_n for_o the_o defence_n and_o security_n whereof_o each_o of_o they_o be_v to_o have_v their_o respective_a duty_n allot_v unto_o they_o nay_o the_o very_a the_o people_n in_o reference_n to_o his_o majesty_n government_n and_o fill_v they_o with_o those_o dismal_a apprehension_n of_o what_o they_o be_v to_o expect_v in_o case_n the_o king_n have_v a_o separate_a interest_n from_o they_o that_o it_o will_v be_v difficult_a either_o to_o allay_v their_o fear_n or_o to_o recover_v they_o to_o a_o entire_a trust_n in_o his_o majesty_n justice_n and_o goodness_n without_o remove_v that_o man_n both_o from_o about_o his_o majesty_n person_n and_o out_o of_o his_o council_n who_o have_v give_v they_o that_o frightful_a idea_n of_o his_o ensue_a reign_n however_o from_o this_o of_o the_o advocate_n as_o well_o as_o from_o innumerable_a observation_n to_o be_v make_v from_o the_o present_a behaviour_n and_o conduct_n of_o those_o who_o be_v with_o he_o in_o most_o if_o not_o all_o the_o method_n of_o his_o tyranny_n we_o may_v rational_o venture_v at_o this_o reflection_n to_o wit_n that_o they_o be_v either_o endeavour_v to_o justify_v the_o former_a reign_n by_o seek_v to_o expose_v and_o disgrace_v this_o or_o that_o they_o be_v study_v to_o cover_v themselves_o from_o what_o they_o be_v obnoxious_a unto_o for_o their_o crime_n under_o the_o last_o government_n by_o react_v and_o repeat_v the_o same_o under_o the_o connivance_n and_o indulgence_n of_o the_o present_a and_o as_o by_o the_o first_o they_o evident_o shake_v his_o majesty_n throne_n so_o by_o the_o second_o they_o not_o only_o abuse_v the_o mercy_n of_o the_o government_n but_o despise_v its_o justice_n by_o the_o last_o they_o render_v the_o government_n vile_a and_o cheap_a and_o by_o the_o former_a they_o pursue_v its_o subversion_n it_o must_v with_o all_o lie_v a_o great_a prejudice_n upon_o the_o opinion_n of_o those_o that_o dissuade_v his_o majesty_n from_o gratify_v his_o people_n in_o these_o demand_n about_o which_o so_o much_o noise_n have_v be_v make_v here_o as_o well_o as_o there_o that_o they_o be_v judge_v necessary_a for_o his_o interest_n as_o well_o as_o the_o kingdom_n safety_n by_o in_o a_o manner_n the_o unanimous_a vote_n of_o the_o whole_a parliament_n and_o of_o which_o it_o may_v
