never_o any_o such_o grant_n be_v make_v but_o admit_v that_o before_o the_o king_n ancestor_n enjoy_v they_o some_o person_n have_v power_n and_o interest_n therein_o and_o make_v a_o grant_n thereof_o to_o the_o king_n ancestor_n it_o be_v as_o hard_a a_o task_n thereby_o to_o prove_v that_o the_o member_n have_v title_n to_o these_o thing_n as_o to_o find_v out_o this_o imagine_a grantor_n who_o never_o yet_o be_v in_o esse_fw-la the_o argument_n be_v but_o thus_o the_o militia_n the_o fort_n the_o navy_n ammunition_n and_o revenue_n of_o the_o crown_n be_v original_o grant_v to_o the_o king_n ancestor_n ergo_fw-la at_o
by_o judicial_a proceed_n record_v in_o his_o life_n time_n yet_o there_o be_v another_o rule_n in_o law_n too_o viz._n that_o no_o man_n shall_v take_v advantage_n of_o his_o own_o wrong_n therefore_o if_o one_o before_o he_o be_v convict_v by_o such_o proceed_n be_v kill_v in_o rebellion_n and_o his_o corpse_n view_v by_o the_o chief_a justice_n 57_o he_o forfeit_v both_o land_n and_o null_a but_o those_o westminster-man_n be_v in_o that_o manner_n awe_v even_o as_o they_o by_o tumult_n expel_v their_o fellow_n member_n and_o by_o their_o tyranny_n fetter_v their_o conscience_n themselves_o be_v now_o by_o the_o power_n of_o a_o army_n force_v to_o captivate_v their_o own_o sense_n to_o the_o will_n of_o a_o few_o inconsiderable_a person_n some_o particular_a officer_n of_o the_o army_n the_o member_n do_v not_o they_o dare_v not_o act_v any_o thing_n but_o in_o obedience_n of_o the_o result_v of_o a_o council_n of_o war_n nay_o more_o we_o see_v not_o to_o alter_v and_o change_v opinion_n how_o contradictory_n soever_o to_o former_a vote_n how_o pernicious_a to_o king_n church_n or_o commonwealth_n as_o they_o receive_v command_n from_o thence_o be_v ground_n sufficient_a both_o of_o a_o expulsion_n from_o the_o house_n and_o a_o impeachment_n of_o treason_n hence_o it_o be_v that_o we_o find_v such_o contradictory_n result_v sometime_o these_o person_n vote_v themselves_o a_o parliament_n sometime_o no_o parliament_n sometime_o much_o show_v of_o settle_v a_o form_n of_o religion_n they_o unvote_v that_o again_o and_o declare_v upon_o pretence_n of_o satisfy_v tender_a conscience_n to_o have_v none_o at_o all_o they_o do_v in_o effect_n say_v and_o unsay_v vote_v one_o and_o the_o same_o thing_n lawful_a and_o not_o law_n even_o as_o the_o cudgel_n hang_v over_o they_o and_o so_o unless_o person_n who_o soul_n and_o conscience_n be_v so_o far_o in_o vassalage_n as_o to_o say_v act_n and_o do_v what_o ever_o the_o present_a prevail_a party_n command_v make_v the_o house_n of_o parliament_n these_o westminster_n man_n be_v not_o they_o and_o consequent_o if_o nothing_o but_o this_o be_v against_o they_o it_o prove_v they_o no_o member_n of_o parliament_n six_o admit_v these_o man_n not_o disable_v by_o any_o or_o all_o the_o foresay_a mean_n yet_o by_o their_o late_a vote_n declare_v their_o resolution_n not_o to_o make_v any_o address_n or_o application_n to_o the_o king_n nor_o to_o permit_v any_o from_o he_o they_o have_v by_o the_o law_n of_o england_n dissolve_v themselves_o for_o set_v aside_o the_o king_n writ_n of_o summons_n the_o people_n elect_v the_o knight_n citizens_z and_o burgess_n and_o the_o return_v thereof_o make_v and_o the_o person_n assemble_v have_v no_o more_o authority_n to_o sit_v or_o authority_n but_o to_o do_v they_o right_o they_o be_v in_o these_o vote_n more_o ingenuous_a then_o former_o there_o be_v now_o a_o harmony_n between_o their_o word_n and_o action_n which_o heretofore_o jar_v for_o notwithstanding_o their_o often_o declaration_n and_o high_a protestation_n even_o with_o deep_a execration_n upon_o themselves_o if_o not_o perform_v to_o make_v the_o king_n glorious_a and_o the_o people_n to_o flourish_v the_o world_n may_v even_o from_o the_o first_o beginning_n of_o the_o parliament_n see_v that_o all_o their_o action_n tend_v to_o the_o destruction_n both_o of_o king_n and_o kingdom_n now_o suppose_v a_o new_a gang_n of_o four_o judge_n set_v up_o in_o the_o court_n of_o king_n bench_n by_o colour_n of_o authority_n of_o these_o person_n at_o westminster_n and_o three_o of_o they_o by_o a_o order_n of_o their_o own_o to_o expel_v the_o four_o then_o two_o of_o the_o three_o to_o expel_v the_o three_o &_o then_o one_o of_o the_o two_o to_o assemble_v multitude_n and_o expel_v the_o other_o and_o after_o this_o the_o last_o man_n by_o himself_o alone_o or_o call_v unto_o he_o two_o or_o three_o other_o person_n suitable_a to_o himself_o to_o judge_v the_o law_n and_o thereby_o to_o declare_v the_o wealth_n of_o the_o nation_n to_o be_v their_o own_o and_o both_o the_o member_n and_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o people_n to_o be_v their_o slave_n and_o have_v get_v a_o army_n on_o foot_n to_o support_v their_o action_n then_o to_o declare_v that_o they_o will_v have_v no_o more_o relation_n unto_o or_o meddle_v with_o the_o member_n such_o person_n will_v quick_o be_v denounce_v no_o judge_n of_o that_o court_n declare_v to_o act_v without_o commission_n or_o authority_n to_o be_v subverter_n of_o the_o law_n and_o will_v be_v impeach_v of_o high_a treason_n against_o this_o new_a state_n even_o so_o ought_v all_o the_o people_n to_o declare_v these_o westminster-man_n it_o be_v their_o case_n against_o the_o king_n the_o people_n and_o the_o old_a know_v fundamental_a law_n of_o england_n upon_o the_o whole_a matter_n i_o can_v more_o apt_o parallel_v these_o person_n then_o unto_o those_o man_n our_o saviour_n in_o the_o gospel_n warn_v we_o of_o they_o have_v get_v within_o the_o wall_n of_o the_o house_n of_o parliament_n but_o 10._o enter_v not_o in_o by_o the_o door_n they_o come_v in_o sheep_n clothing_n express_v themselves_o most_o zealous_a to_o advance_v religion_n and_o to_o preserve_v the_o people_n liberty_n but_o by_o their_o fruit_n we_o find_v they_o inward_o raven_a wolf_n they_o be_v like_a unto_o those_o who_o our_o saviour_n call_v thief_n that_o come_v to_o steal_v kill_v and_o destroy_v they_o have_v abolish_v all_o religion_n they_o have_v take_v from_o the_o people_n their_o liberty_n and_o almost_o to_o the_o last_o drop_n of_o blood_n have_v suck_v from_o they_o their_o livelihood_n in_o a_o word_n since_o they_o cast_v off_o their_o loyalty_n and_o so_o make_v themselves_o masterless_a those_o wolf_n be_v so_o fill_v with_o pride_n as_o that_o they_o disdain_v all_o other_o creature_n they_o be_v so_o gorge_v with_o malice_n as_o that_o they_o snarl_v and_o pinch_v at_o most_o man_n they_o meet_v which_o have_v its_o effect_n like_v unto_o the_o bite_n of_o a_o mad_a dog_n scarce_o curable_a but_o by_o a_o medicine_n prepare_v with_o the_o heart_n or_o liver_n of_o that_o bite_a cur._n so_o the_o world_n see_v when_o these_o westminster_n man_n have_v once_o fix_v their_o malice_n whether_o upon_o those_o against_o they_o or_o upon_o their_o own_o party_n whether_o he_o have_v deserve_v well_o or_o ill_o whether_o the_o fact_n charge_v upon_o he_o be_v lawful_a or_o unlawful_a it_o be_v a_o million_o to_o one_o in_o fine_a he_o perish_v nor_o can_v the_o wit_n of_o man_n find_v a_o cure_n for_o this_o grief_n but_o to_o unkennel_v these_o wolf_n and_o to_o effect_v it_o the_o people_n of_o england_n by_o the_o rule_n of_o reason_n
