it_o be_v worth_a observe_n that_o the_o law_n do_v not_o allow_v civil_a and_o legal_a right_n to_o be_v dispute_v and_o determine_v by_o the_o sword_n for_o that_o be_v a_o dissolution_n of_o constitution_n of_o all_o civil_a society_n the_o dispute_n about_o the_o legal_a right_n must_v be_v determine_v by_o the_o judgement_n and_o sentence_n of_o a_o competent_a authority_n not_o by_o the_o very_a nature_n of_o civil_a constitution_n will_v not_o allow_v but_o we_o sight_n for_o our_o king_n against_o all_o his_o enemy_n at_o home_n or_o abroad_o as_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n
