upon_o in_o the_o form_n above-written_a we_o have_v also_o look_v upon_o the_o letters-patent_n which_o the_o same_o our_o father_n make_v to_o the_o baron_n aforesaid_a after_o these_o word_n edward_n by_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n king_n of_o england_n lord_n of_o ireland_n and_o duke_n of_o aquitain_n to_o all_o bailiff_n and_o faithful_a subject_n to_o who_o these_o present_a letter_n shall_v come_v greeting_n know_v you_o that_o for_o the_o faithful_a service_n which_o our_o trusty_a and_o well-beloved_a baron_n and_o other_o our_o honest_a man_n of_o the_o cinque-port_n have_v hitherto_o pay_v to_o we_o and_o our_o progenitor_n the_o former_a king_n of_o england_n and_o shall_v pay_v for_o the_o future_a we_o have_v grant_v to_o they_o for_o we_o and_o our_o heir_n that_o they_o and_o their_o heir_n the_o baron_n of_o the_o say_a port_n shall_v for_o the_o future_a be_v ever_o free_a from_o all_o tallage_n tallage_n from_o all_o tallage_n and_o subsidy_n to_o be_v pay_v to_o we_o and_o our_o heir_n out_o of_o the_o whole_a or_o any_o part_n of_o their_o own_o proper_a ship_n we_o have_v also_o grant_v to_o the_o same_o baron_n and_o man_n for_o we_o and_o our_o heir_n that_o concern_v the_o lawful_a thing_n and_o commodity_n which_o they_o in_o due_a manner_n shall_v buy_v within_o our_o dominion_n of_o ireland_n ireland_n commodity_n in_o ireland_n no_o one_o may_v be_v their_o partner_n in_o those_o thing_n and_o commodity_n nor_o partake_v with_o they_o in_o any_o wise_a against_o the_o will_n of_o the_o same_o baron_n and_o men._n we_o have_v further_o grant_v for_o we_o and_o our_o heir_n as_o much_o as_o in_o we_o lie_v to_o the_o baron_n and_o trusty_a person_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o and_o every_o of_o they_o bear_v within_o the_o aforesaid_a cinque-port_n although_o they_o have_v land_n or_o tenement_n without_o the_o liberty_n of_o the_o say_a port_n which_o be_v hold_v by_o such_o a_o service_n as_o the_o give_v in_o marriage_n upon_o the_o account_n of_o their_o be_v under_o age_n marriage_n give_v in_o marriage_n which_o belong_v to_o we_o and_o our_o heir_n according_a to_o the_o law_n and_o custom_n of_o our_o realm_n nevertheless_o according_a to_o the_o liberty_n of_o the_o port_n they_o may_v marry_v themselves_o without_o the_o let_v or_o impediment_n of_o we_o or_o our_o heir_n for_o ever_o any_o right_n to_o the_o contrary_a in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o and_o therefore_o we_o charge_v you_o and_o every_o of_o you_o that_o you_o molest_v not_o or_o disturb_v the_o baron_n and_o person_n aforesaid_a in_o any_o thing_n contrary_a to_o these_o our_o grant_n in_o witness_v whereof_o we_o have_v cause_v these_o our_o letter_n to_o be_v make_v patent_n witness_v ourselves_o at_o st._n alban_n the_o twenty_o eight_o day_n of_o april_n in_o the_o twenty_o six_o year_n of_o our_o reign_n we_o have_v also_o look_v upon_o some_o other_o letters-patent_n which_o our_o say_a father_n grant_v to_o the_o abovenamed_a baron_n after_o these_o word_n edward_n by_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n king_n of_o england_n lord_n of_o ireland_n and_o duke_n of_o aquitain_n to_o all_o those_o to_o who_o these_o present_a letter_n shall_v come_v greeting_n take_v into_o consideration_n that_o the_o navy_n of_o our_o cinque-port_n can_v be_v maintain_v without_o great_a charge_n and_o expense_n
