it_o be_v enact_v by_o the_o say_a statute_n that_o the_o owner_n and_o owner_n master_n and_o master_n and_o other_o governor_n or_o governor_n of_o ship_n and_o every_o of_o they_o to_o his_o or_o their_o power_n and_o for_o as_o much_o as_o in_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v be_v shall_v provide_v that_o all_o ware_n and_o merchandise_n which_o shall_v be_v by_o merchant_n their_o factor_n or_o servant_n or_o any_o of_o they_o bring_v into_o any_o ship_n or_o vessel_n shall_v be_v honest_o and_o in_o good_a order_n save_v and_o keep_v and_o under_o that_o clause_n it_o be_v provide_v that_o time_n of_o make_v of_o the_o say_a statute_n the_o rate_n and_o prize_n for_o cable_n anchor_n and_o other_o tackle_n furniture_n victual_n and_o other_o provision_n have_v be_v much_o alter_v and_o increase_v nor_o indeed_o be_v or_o can_v the_o ship_n themselves_o
