among_o other_o securite_n it_o have_v be_v enact_v that_o all_o person_n whatsoever_o that_o be_v advance_v to_o any_o ecclesiastical_a dignity_n or_o to_o bear_v office_n in_o either_o university_n as_o likewise_o all_o other_o that_o shall_v be_v put_v in_o any_o employment_n civil_a or_o military_a shall_v declare_v that_o they_o be_v not_o papist_n but_o be_v of_o the_o protestant_a believe_v that_o to_o be_v the_o only_a true_a religion_n by_o all_o this_o the_o deplorable_a state_n to_o which_o the_o protestant_a religion_n be_v reduce_v be_v apparent_a since_o the_o affair_n of_o the_o church_n of_o england_n be_v now_o put_v into_o the_o hand_n of_o person_n who_o have_v accept_v of_o a_o commission_n that_o be_v manifest_o illegal_a and_o who_o have_v execute_v it_o contrary_n to_o all_o law_n and_o that_o now_o one_o of_o their_o chief_a member_n have_v abjure_v â—he_n proâ—estant_n religion_n and_o declare_v himself_o a_o papist_n by_o which_o he_o be_v become_v incapable_a of_o hold_v any_o public_a employment_n the_o say_v commissioner_n have_v hitherto_o give_v such_o proof_n of_o their_o submission_n to_o the_o direction_n give_v they_o that_o there_o be_v no_o reason_n to_o doubt_v but_o they_o will_v still_o continue_v to_o promote_v all_o such_o design_n as_o will_v be_v most_o agreeable_a to_o they_o and_o those_o evil_a counsellor_n take_v care_n to_o raise_v none_o to_o any_o ecclesiastical_a dignity_n but_o person_n that_o have_v no_o zeal_n for_o the_o protestant_a religion_n and_o that_o now_o hide_v their_o unconcernedness_n for_o it_o under_o the_o specious_a pretence_n of_o moderation_n the_o say_v commissioner_n have_v suspend_v the_o bishop_n of_o london_n only_o because_o he_o refuse_v to_o obey_v a_o order_n that_o be_v send_v he_o to_o suspend_v a_o worthy_a divine_a without_o so_o much_o as_o cite_v he_o before_o he_o to_o make_v his_o own_o defence_n or_o observe_v the_o common_a form_n of_o process_n they_o statute_n of_o the_o college_n these_o commissioner_n have_v also_o cite_v before_o they_o all_o the_o chancellor_n and_o archdeacon_n of_o england_n require_v they_o to_o certify_v to_o they_o the_o name_n of_o all_o such_o clergyman_n as_o have_v read_v the_o king_n declaration_n for_o liberty_n of_o conscience_n and_o of_o such_o as_o have_v not_o read_v it_o without_o consider_v that_o the_o read_n of_o it_o be_v not_o enjoin_v the_o clergy_n by_o the_o bishop_n who_o be_v their_o ordinary_n the_o illegality_n and_o incompetency_n of_o the_o say_a court_n of_o the_o ecclesiastical_a those_o evil_a counsellor_n have_v procure_v order_n for_o the_o build_n of_o several_a church_n and_o chapel_n for_o the_o exercise_n of_o that_o religion_n they_o have_v also_o procure_v divers_a monastery_n to_o be_v erect_v and_o in_o contempt_n of_o the_o law_n they_o have_v not_o only_o set_v up_o several_a college_n of_o jesuit_n in_o divers_a place_n for_o the_o corrupt_a of_o the_o youth_n but_o have_v raise_v up_o one_o of_o the_o order_n to_o be_v a_o privy_a counsellor_n and_o a_o minister_n of_o state._n by_o all_o which_o they_o do_v evident_o show_v that_o they_o be_v restrain_v by_o no_o rule_n or_o law_n whatsoever_o but_o that_o they_o have_v subject_v the_o honour_n and_o estate_n of_o the_o subject_n and_o the_o establish_v religion_n to_o a_o despotic_a power_n and_o to_o arbitrary_a government_n in_o all_o which_o they_o be_v serve_v and_o second_v by_o those_o ecclesiastical_a commissioner_n they_o have_v also_o follow_v the_o same_o method_n with_o relation_n to_o civil_a affair_n for_o they_o have_v procure_v order_n to_o examine_v all_o lords-lieutenant_n deputy-lieutenant_n sheriff_n justice_n of_o peace_n and_o all_o other_o that_o be_v in_o any_o public_a employment_n if_o they_o will_v concur_v with_o the_o king_n in_o the_o repeal_n of_o the_o test_n and_o penal_a law_n and_o all_o such_o who_o conscience_n do_v not_o
