and_o oppose_v 5._o in_o strengthen_v the_o sinew_n of_o government_n reward_n and_o punishment_n what_o be_v law_n what_o government_n can_v there_o be_v if_o there_o be_v no_o reward_n and_o punishment_n who_o will_v obey_v if_o there_o be_v no_o reward_n to_o obedience_n who_o will_v fear_v to_o rebel_v if_o man_n shall_v suffer_v nothing_o for_o their_o rebellion_n reward_n and_o and_o garbage_n that_o be_v in_o sinner_n heart_n all_o the_o venomous_a brood_n all_o the_o cockatrice_n egg_n that_o ever_o have_v be_v hatch_v in_o those_o unclean_a heart_n when_o all_o the_o wicked_a counsel_n and_o device_n of_o their_o heart_n all_o the_o curse_n and_o blasphemy_n all_o the_o cozenage_n and_o fraud_n of_o the_o heart_n all_o the_o wicked_a plot_n and_o contrivance_n of_o the_o heart_n against_o god_n or_o his_o saint_n all_o the_o adultery_n and_o filthiness_n of_o the_o heart_n all_o the_o madness_n and_o folly_n of_o the_o heart_n all_o the_o malice_n and_o
