confound_v the_o less_o for_o that_o he_o understand_v that_o they_o be_v punish_v deserve_o for_o their_o sin_n let_v he_o so_o think_v that_o some_o be_v peradventure_o there_o torment_v by_o their_o creator_n when_o they_o omit_v to_o give_v it_o unto_o a_o poor_a beggar_n crave_v it_o in_o his_o name_n how_o do_v the_o fire_n while_o it_o make_v the_o flesh_n sweet_a and_o savoury_a censure_v the_o cruelty_n of_o those_o who_o unmerciful_o handle_v the_o flesh_n of_o their_o neighbour_n how_o much_o do_v the_o air_n which_o continual_o intertayn_v our_o life_n upray_v we_o of_o our_o negligence_n in_o the_o service_n of_o god_n who_o but_o this_o one_o thing_n alone_o bind_v we_o by_o a_o most_o strait_a band_n to_o serve_v god_n and_o how_o much_o aught_o the_o rock_n which_o be_v rend_v though_o insensible_a in_o the_o passion_n of_o christ_n to_o confound_v our_o hardness_n and_o incivility_n hony_n be_v sweet_a to_o the_o taste_n but_o we_o be_v most_o bitter_a to_o god_n the_o smell_n of_o flower_n be_v pleasant_a but_o how_o great_a be_v the_o stench_n of_o our_o sin_n the_o plant_n grow_v and_o raise_v themselves_o upward_o but_o man_n while_o he_o pursue_v base_a &_o contemptible_a thing_n do_v abase_v himself_o every_o day_n more_o &_o more_o and_o how_o much_o better_o for_o he_o be_v it_o to_o imitate_v even_o the_o tree_n herein_o which_o the_o more_o root_n they_o take_v and_o the_o deep_a they_o grow_v in_o the_o ground_n the_o more_o virtue_n do_v they_o draw_v from_o they_o to_o the_o bow_n for_o so_o a_o man_n if_o he_o shall_v take_v deep_a root_n of_o humility_n will_v make_v a_o great_a increase_n of_o virtue_n and_o who_o will_v not_o the_o service_n of_o the_o brute_n beast_n move_v especial_o see_v they_o do_v it_o other_o the_o benefit_n of_o god_n and_o while_o you_o seek_v a_o thousand_o way_n to_o satisfy_v your_o concupiscence_n you_o injury_n both_o god_n and_o his_o creature_n the_o beast_n carry_v man_n upon_o their_o back_n and_o ease_v they_o weary_v of_o their_o labour_n and_o therein_o they_o diligent_o obey_v their_o creator_n who_o have_v make_v they_o for_o that_o end_n but_o you_o on_o the_o other_o side_n do_v either_o think_v upon_o or_o seek_v after_o nothing_o less_o than_o your_o own_o end_n who_o part_n it_o be_v to_o allow_v god_n some_o rest_n if_o i_o may_v so_o say_v since_o you_o receive_v so_o much_o comfort_n and_o ease_v by_o his_o creature_n in_o your_o labour_n and_o pain_n we_o must_v not_o indeed_o think_v that_o god_n need_v any_o rest_n since_o he_o be_v the_o supreme_a felicity_n of_o himself_o and_o of_o all_o thing_n else_o yet_o such_o be_v his_o benignity_n as_o he_o will_v be_v think_v to_o rest_v in_o the_o mind_n of_o the_o just_a since_o as_o he_o say_v it_o be_v his_o delight_n to_o be_v with_o the_o child_n of_o man_n though_o of_o they_o he_o also_o do_v not_o without_o cause_n complain_v in_o these_o word_n i_o have_v labour_v sustain_v o_o how_o great_a a_o confusion_n ought_v this_o word_n to_o work_v in_o we_o since_o by_o our_o work_n we_o occasion_n to_o god_n this_o pain_n and_o travail_n who_o ought_v to_o have_v be_v to_o he_o
