which_o you_o have_v be_v private_o examine_v by_o we_o and_o of_o which_o also_o you_o have_v make_v confession_n before_o we_o but_o that_o you_o through_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n intend_v and_o purpose_n to_o lead_v a_o life_n according_a to_o the_o same_o you_o be_v sincere_o to_o give_v answer_n before_o god_n and_o his_o church_n first_o whether_o you_o believe_v in_o the_o true_a god_n distinct_a in_o three_o person_n father_n son_n and_o holy_a ghost_n who_o have_v make_v heaven_n and_o earth_n and_o all_o that_o be_v therein_o and_o that_o he_o sustain_v and_o govern_v the_o same_o in_o so_o much_o that_o nothing_o can_v come_v to_o pass_v in_o heaven_n or_o in_o earth_n without_o his_o will_n answer_n yea._n second_o whether_o you_o believe_v that_o you_o be_v conceive_v and_o bear_v in_o sin_n consequent_o that_o you_o be_v a_o child_n of_o wrath_n by_o nature_n unfit_a to_o any_o thing_n that_o be_v good_a and_o prone_a to_o all_o evil_a and_o that_o you_o in_o
