the_o blessing_n now_o let_v we_o come_v to_o the_o particular_a blessing_n which_o god_n have_v promise_v to_o the_o obedience_n of_o this_o commandment_n the_o which_o blessing_n not_o doubt_n be_v indeed_o let_v we_o diligent_o read_v and_o consider_v of_o they_o read_v also_o zephan_n 3.13_o for_o the_o ground_n of_o this_o blessing_n see_v the_o people_n in_o who_o the_o lord_n delight_v be_v such_o a_o people_n as_o do_v no_o iniquity_n nor_o speak_v lie_n and_o where_o a_o deceitful_a tongue_n be_v not_o find_v in_o their_o mouth_n etc._n etc._n thus_o much_o for_o the_o promise_n of_o interpret_v before_o for_o so_o it_o be_v necessatie_fw-mi for_o we_o that_o we_o do_v know_v that_o we_o have_v such_o a_o saviour_n as_o be_v perfect_o righteous_a in_o the_o obedience_n of_o every_o commandment_n and_o namely_o touch_v that_o more_o particular_a righteousness_n which_o be_v here_o command_v and_o if_o we_o do_v not_o know_v and_o believe_v our_o saviour_n christ_n to_o be_v such_o a_o one_o we_o can_v possible_o be_v save_v by_o he_o show_v you_o therefore_o what_o proof_n you_o have_v thereof_o all_o the_o testimony_n of_o our_o saviour_n christ_n his_o righteousness_n in_o general_a they_o must_v needs_o prove_v his_o righteousness_n in_o the_o fulfil_n of_o this_o commandment_n but_o beside_o they_o we_o have_v particular_a proof_n more_o proper_o belong_v to_o our_o present_a purpose_n us._n our_o saviour_n christ_n perfect_a obedience_n for_o us._n let_v we_o consider_v either_o of_o these_o kind_n of_o proof_n both_o general_a and_o special_a and_o first_o which_o be_v the_o general_a in_o the_o 23._o of_o jeremie_n verse_n 5._o the_o holy_a prophet_n have_v prophesy_v of_o he_o that_o he_o shall_v be_v a_o righteous_a branch_n and_o that_o he_o shall_v execute_v judgement_n and_o righteousness_n in_o the_o earth_n and_o in_o the_o next_o verse_n that_o both_o judah_n &_o israel_n shall_v call_v he_o the_o lord_n our_o righteousness_n there_o be_v many_o other_o such_o like_a testimony_n it_o be_v true_a so_o we_o read_v again_o in_o the_o same_o prophecy_n chap._n 33.15.16_o in_o those_o day_n and_o at_o that_o time_n will_v i_o cause_v the_o branch_n of_o righteousness_n to_o grow_v up_o unto_o david_n and_o he_o shall_v execute_v judgement_n and_o righteousness_n in_o the_o land_n in_o those_o day_n shall_v judah_n be_v save_v and_o thus_o we_o have_v the_o general_a confirmation_n of_o christ_n perfect_a righteousness_n the_o which_o do_v include_v the_o righteousness_n command_v in_o this_o eight_o commandment_n nevertheless_o the_o particular_a proof_n be_v not_o to_o be_v overpass_o rehearse_v some_o of_o they_o also_o like_a as_o the_o prophet_n isaiah_n prophesy_v of_o our_o mouth_n as_o we_o read_v chap._n 53._o verse_n the_o 9_o so_o the_o apostle_n peter_n short_o after_o he_o have_v manifest_v himself_o to_o the_o world_n bear_v faithful_a witness_n to_o the_o same_o 1._o epist._n chap._n 2.22_o this_o also_o be_v that_o which_o be_v typical_o prophesy_v of_o our_o saviour_n christ_n under_o the_o kingdom_n of_o king_n solomon_n psalm_n 72.14_o where_o it_o be_v say_v that_o he_o shall_v redeem_v the_o soul_n of_o his_o people_n from_o deceit_n and_o violence_n by_o the_o execution_n of_o justice_n against_o the_o enemy_n of_o the_o church_n and_o by_o exercise_v mercy_n towards_o the_o rest_n read_v the_o psalm_n and_o here_o again_o let_v we_o call_v to_o mind_n that_o the_o chief_a head_n or_o part_n of_o injustice_n be_v these_o two_o deceit_n and_o violence_n according_a to_o that_o of_o the_o apostle_n paul_n 1._o thes_n 4._o where_o he_o mind_v to_o forbid_v all_o injustice_n he_o say_v let_v no_o man_n oppress_v nor_o defraud_v his_o brother_n so_o then_o see_v our_o saviour_n christ_n be_v free_a from_o either_o of_o these_o point_n of_o injustice_n yea_o see_v he_o redeem_v his_o people_n from_o they_o according_a to_o that_o 72._o psalm_n it_o follow_v that_o he_o be_v by_o the_o undoubted_a testimony_n of_o the_o holy_a scripture_n perfect_o righteous_a but_o it_o may_v peradventure_o be_v think_v of_o some_o but_o a_o small_a matter_n though_o our_o saviour_n christ_n do_v no_o violence_n see_v he_o be_v to_o the_o worldward_n in_o poor_a and_o weak_a estate_n and_o therefore_o that_o the_o particular_a proof_n therein_o because_o from_o the_o time_n that_o our_o saviour_n christ_n come_v to_o a_o meet_a and_o convenient_a age_n and_o thenceforth_o so_o long_o as_o he_o
notwithstanding_o this_o covenant_n thus_o respect_v christ_n be_v first_o enter_v with_o the_o israelite_n yet_o it_o be_v now_o extend_v to_o we_o god_n profess_v himself_o to_o be_v not_o only_o the_o god_n of_o the_o jew_n but_o also_o of_o the_o gentile_n rom._n 3.29.30.31_o according_a to_o the_o former_a prophecy_n of_o the_o call_n of_o the_o gentiles_n read_v psalm_n 87._o and_o
