hasten_v the_o marriage-day_n the_o eternal_a jubilee_n of_o joy_n unconceivable_a much_o more_o unutterable_a such_o as_o neither_o eye_n have_v see_v nor_o ear_n hear_v nor_o heart_n conceive_v the_o justice_n of_o state_n or_o policy_n or_o acquaint_v with_o the_o fairness_n of_o true_a honour_n that_o ever_o give_v any_o allowance_n to_o the_o reputation_n of_o honour_n false_o so_o call_v purchase_v by_o private_a quarrel_n in_o the_o field_n now_o as_o murder_n be_v one_o of_o those_o sin_n the_o earth_n find_v most_o unsupportable_a and_o cry_v the_o loud_a of_o any_o other_o to_o heaven_n for_o vengeance_n so_o among_o all_o the_o several_a kind_n thereof_o parricide_n be_v the_o abominabl_a and_o most_o odious_a such_o as_o of_o old_a no_o particular_a law_n be_v make_v against_o as_o be_v suppose_v a_o act_n too_o unnatural_a for_o any_o child_n to_o commit_v which_o supposition_n deceive_v even_o solon_n that_o wise_a lawmaker_n among_o the_o heathen_a and_o cause_v he_o by_o his_o own_o confession_n to_o omit_v the_o enact_v punishment_n against_o such_o offender_n cic._n pro_fw-la ros_n ame._n yet_o when_o this_o inhuman_a impiety_n be_v know_v to_o the_o world_n the_o civil_a law_n ordain_v this_o most_o exquisite_a ingenious_a punishment_n that_o if_o any_o one_o shall_v kill_v his_o parent_n the_o sword_n or_o fire_n or_o any_o other_o usual_a punishment_n shall_v not_o be_v his_o but_o be_v sew_v in_o a_o sack_n together_o with_o a_o dog_n a_o cock_n a_o viper_n and_o a_o ape_n he_o shall_v be_v cast_v into_o the_o next_o sea_n or_o or_o either_o of_o the_o parent_n through_o any_o wilful_a default_n whatsoever_o cause_n the_o child_n to_o miscarry_v they_o make_v themselves_o guilty_a of_o that_o miscarriage_n if_o both_o to_o walk_v in_o the_o way_n of_o god_n and_o to_o obey_v the_o good_a edict_n of_o prince_n and_o wholesome_a law_n of_o the_o commonwealth_n the_o great_a disgrace_n be_v not_o to_o yield_v obedience_n unto_o god_n it_o be_v no_o credit_n to_o sin_n against_o he_o to_o salve_v a_o suppose_a honour_n and_o reputation_n among_o man_n for_o no_o man_n ought_v to_o revenge_v his_o own_o cause_n or_o quarrel_n likewise_o the_o cause_n of_o these_o duel_n be_v most_o common_o very_o wicked_a as_o sometime_o pride_n and_o vainglory_n sometime_o drunkenness_n and_o lust_n sometime_o covetousness_n and_o greediness_n of_o gain_n and_o the_o cause_n of_o all_o these_o cause_v the_o devil_n himself_o who_o be_v a_o murderer_n from_o the_o beginning_n the_o effect_n thereof_o be_v no_o better_o for_o they_o cause_v deadly_a feud_n breed_v hatred_n never_o to_o be_v appease_v nourish_v contention_n and_o confusion_n hinder_v prayer_n and_o holy_a exercise_n of_o religion_n shed_v man_n blood_n make_v in_o the_o image_n of_o god_n and_o bring_v down_o the_o vengeance_n of_o god_n upon_o our_o own_o head_n let_v all_o such_o therefore_o as_o challenge_v or_o accept_v of_o challenge_n consider_v that_o he_o that_o kill_v be_v guilty_a of_o execrable_a murder_n before_o god_n and_o he_o that_o be_v kill_v be_v guilty_a of_o his_o own_o death_n and_o no_o better_a than_o one_o of_o the_o devil_n martyr_n for_o as_o god_n have_v his_o martyr_n that_o die_v in_o his_o cause_n so_o the_o devil_n also_o have_v his_o martyr_n that_o die_v in_o he_o these_o word_n thou_o shall_v do_v no_o murder_n do_v signify_v 1._o thou_o shall_v not_o desire_v to_o murder_n either_o thyself_o or_o other_o 2._o thou_o shall_v not_o intimate_v or_o signify_v any_o desire_n of_o murder_v either_o thyself_o or_o other_o either_o in_o word_n behaviour_n countenance_n or_o otherwise_o 3._o thou_o shall_v not_o put_v this_o desire_n in_o execution_n this_o commandment_n have_v these_o two_o part_n viz._n 1._o the_o forbid_v of_o murder_n and_o therein_o all_o the_o degree_n and_o step_n by_o which_o we_o come_v unto_o it_o 2._o the_o command_a of_o keep_v peace_n and_o friendship_n with_o our_o neighbour_n the_o step_n or_o degree_n towards_o murder_n be_v these_o three_o viz._n 1._o hatred_n conceive_v in_o the_o heart_n leu._n 19.17_o 2._o rash_n sinful_a anger_n which_o be_v a_o declaration_n of_o that_o hatred_n lie_v hide_v in_o the_o heart_n 3._o every_o hurt_n purposely_o offer_v to_o the_o person_n of_o our_o neighbour_n whereupon_o ensue_v sometime_o murder_n itself_o that_o murder_n may_v be_v commit_v in_o the_o very_a affection_n or_o will_n may_v be_v thus_o manifest_v 1._o because_o when_o the_o effect_n be_v command_v or_o forbid_v the_o cause_n be_v so_o also_o 2._o from_o the_o scope_n or_o end_n of_o the_o commandment_n god_n will_v not_o have_v we_o hurt_v any_o therefore_o he_o forbid_v the_o mean_n also_o whereby_o we_o may_v
