this_o world_n his_o portion_n and_o inheritance_n who_o consider_v the_o end_n of_o it_o it_o look_v charm_o indeed_o at_o present_a it_o invite_v and_o caress_n and_o lay_v bait_n and_o snare_n for_o we_o but_o if_o we_o will_v have_v the_o world_n for_o our_o portion_n it_o must_v be_v our_o portion_n too_o at_o the_o day_n of_o judgement_n and_o consider_v how_o you_o shall_v like_v its_o courtship_n when_o it_o incircle_n you_o with_o flame_n and_o smoke_n and_o darkness_n those_o who_o choose_v this_o world_n for_o their_o portion_n can_v never_o remove_v out_o of_o it_o and_o therefore_o must_v be_v content_v to_o share_v fortune_n with_o it_o to_o smile_v when_o it_o smile_v and_o to_o burn_v when_o it_o burn_v with_o what_o triumph_n will_v good_a man_n at_o that_o day_n see_v themselves_o out_o of_o the_o reach_n of_o a_o burn_a world_n they_o betimes_o make_v their_o escape_n out_o of_o this_o world_n as_o foresee_v its_o approach_a ruin_n they_o be_v not_o of_o unite_v a_o soul_n to_o such_o a_o body_n again_o be_v like_o tie_v a_o man_n to_o his_o murder_a friend_n which_o will_v both_o scare_v and_o torment_v his_o conscience_n and_o poison_v he_o with_o a_o noisome_a stench_n the_o body_n which_o be_v the_o tempter_n and_o the_o instrument_n in_o all_o this_o wickedness_n will_v now_o be_v a_o witness_n against_o he_o and_o a_o instrument_n of_o his_o punishment_n too_o but_o holy_a soul_n will_v give_v a_o better_a welcome_n to_o their_o body_n body_n in_o which_o the_o flesh_n be_v subdue_v to_o the_o spirit_n which_o be_v preserve_v pure_a and_o clean_a from_o all_o sensual_a lust_n which_o be_v the_o ready_a instrument_n of_o righteousness_n and_o virtue_n which_o be_v offer_v up_o live_v holy_a and_o acceptable_a sacrifice_n to_o god_n which_o suffer_v loss_n and_o want_v and_o torment_n and_o death_n for_o the_o sake_n of_o christ_n good_a man_n will_v desire_v to_o be_v judge_v in_o such_o body_n as_o these_o which_o be_v visible_a testimony_n of_o their_o faith_n and_o patience_n and_o mortification_n and_o self-denial_n which_o be_v the_o member_n of_o christ_n and_o the_o temple_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n thus_o the_o company_n they_o keep_v no_o church_n and_o no_o communion_n be_v pure_a enough_o for_o they_o not_o that_o they_o be_v so_o much_o holy_a than_o their_o neighbour_n but_o they_o be_v of_o opinion_n that_o god_n will_v judge_v of_o they_o by_o the_o church_n they_o be_v of_o and_o therefore_o whatever_o church_n strike_v their_o fancy_n most_o with_o a_o appearance_n of_o sanctity_n
