have_v taste_v of_o the_o love_n of_o god_n this_o be_v first_o rational_a it_o agree_v with_o find_v reason_n second_o seriptural_a it_o agree_v with_o the_o holy_a scripture_n and_o i_o hope_v this_o be_v enough_o i_o say_v it_o be_v rational_a and_o that_o upon_o these_o ground_n first_o christianity_n do_v not_o at_o all_o destroy_v reason_n the_o faculty_n of_o man_n as_o to_o their_o not_o be_v under_o these_o condition_n and_o experience_a what_o the_o temptation_n be_v if_o you_o will_v teach_v they_o their_o duty_n how_o they_o shall_v walk_v do_v it_o but_o yet_o let_v it_o another_o stay_v long_o on_o none_o this_o vanity_n and_o inconstancy_n be_v a_o wretched_a distemper_n and_o this_o make_v the_o duty_n of_o meditation_n so_o hard_o if_o the_o heart_n be_v lade_v with_o sorrow_n or_o fill_v with_o fear_n it_o can_v fix_v the_o mind_n upon_o the_o object_n which_o cause_n these_o fear_n or_o sorrow_n if_o it_o be_v enlarge_v with_o joy_n delight_n it_o will_v fix_v on_o the_o object_n that_o cause_v it_o so_o if_o love_n and_o desire_n be_v great_o draw_v forth_o after_o a_o object_n it_o will_v fix_v the_o mind_n upon_o the_o object_n voluntas_fw-la see_v the_o object_n as_o it_o be_v i_o affect_v as_o i_o see_v and_o follow_v as_o i_o see_v and_o affect_v in_o my_o endeavour_n allow_v here_o various_a degree_n both_o in_o the_o sight_n and_o affection_n yet_o so_o as_o the_o prevalency_n be_v on_o god_n side_n i_o conceive_v this_o person_n have_v in_o his_o measure_n perform_v this_o duty_n now_o let_v this_o meditation_n be_v perform_v
