to_o other_o with_o more_o advantage_n to_o the_o cause_n and_o less_o advantage_n to_o the_o enemy_n though_o with_o more_o trouble_n and_o less_o quiet_a to_o ourselves_o obj._n 13._o though_o the_o magistrate_n principal_a design_n in_o this_o matter_n be_v the_o establishment_n of_o his_o own_o supremacy_n yet_o the_o accept_n of_o this_o favour_n can_v be_v so_o much_o as_o a_o interpretative_a yield_v thereunto_o as_o may_v be_v clear_a by_o this_o supposition_n that_o the_o magistrate_n without_o any_o change_n of_o principle_n or_o design_n have_v order_v all_o minister_n to_o their_o own_o church_n answ._n 1_o this_o being_n confess_o the_o magistrat_n principal_a design_n in_o grant_v this_o suppose_a favour_n our_o acceptance_n can_v but_o be_v account_v by_o he_o a_o real_a contribute_v of_o all_o that_o be_v require_v of_o we_o thereunto_o and_o as_o it_o be_v circumstantiat_fw-la can_v not_o but_o be_v on_o our_o part_n even_o because_o of_o what_o the_o magistrate_n do_v rational_o account_v to_o be_v unto_o he_o a_o virtual_a acknowledgement_n and_o a_o real_a confirmation_n thereof_o 2._o if_o the_o send_n of_o the_o minister_n to_o their_o own_o congregation_n have_v be_v by_o a_o civil_a annul_n of_o the_o former_a sentence_n of_o banishment_n as_o it_o can_v not_o have_v flow_v from_o the_o supremacy_n so_o neither_o can_v it_o have_v contribute_v unto_o his_o usurpation_n but_o if_o the_o send_n of_o they_o to_o their_o own_o charge_n have_v be_v every_o way_n after_o the_o manner_n of_o this_o indulgence_n it_o will_v not_o have_v alter_v the_o case_n to_o i_o for_o as_o i_o say_v above_o his_o reentry_n to_o his_o former_a charge_n after_o this_o manner_n will_v have_v be_v a_o virtual_a annul_n of_o the_o ground_n of_o his_o former_a call_n and_o interest_n in_o that_o place_n and_o over_o that_o people_n and_o not_o a_o return_v with_o full_a freedom_n and_o liberty_n obj._n 14._o the_o magistrate_n propose_v this_o indulgence_n by_o way_n of_o command_n not_o attend_v my_o pleasure_n my_o obedience_n to_o the_o command_n can_v imply_v a_o engagement_n to_o the_o prescription_n annex_v nor_o do_v the_o magistrate_n discover_v the_o least_o intention_n to_o oblige_v i_o thereunto_o by_o consent_n nor_o be_v in_o this_o matter_n treat_v with_o we_o expect_v our_o formal_a consent_n for_o his_o limit_v restrict_n and_o qualify_v the_o thing_n propose_v and_o to_o instruct_v and_o oblige_v the_o receiver_n say_v that_o the_o accept_n of_o the_o first_o do_v virtual_o engage_v to_o the_o second_o both_o make_v up_o one_o complex_fw-la grant_n or_o one_o indulgence_n so_o qualify_v limit_a &_o caution_v 2._o though_o the_o council_n do_v not_o call_v for_o any_o formal_a and_o express_a engagement_n from_o they_o unto_o the_o performance_n of_o these_o injunction_n yet_o their_o carriage_n towards_o mr._n blair_n upon_o hispositive_a renounce_v of_o these_o injunction_n show_v that_o they_o mean_v these_o injunction_n for_o condition_n &_o this_o also_o they_o express_o declare_v in_o their_o after_o proclamation_n &_o edict_n as_o we_o see_v above_o 3._o who_o accept_v a_o favour_n offer_v with_o its_o burden_n must_v accept_v it_o cum_fw-la onere_fw-la howbeit_o the_o offerer_n be_v a_o superior_a do_v not_o express_o require_v a_o explicit_a consent_n favour_n the_o accept_n of_o it_o both_z as_o to_o the_o thing_n itself_o and_o as_o to_o the_o sense_n and_o meaning_n of_o the_o granter_n include_v a_o virtual_a engagement_n to_o the_o observation_n of_o the_o rule_n and_o condition_n annex_v obj._n 15._o although_o the_o magistrate_n have_v express_o prefaced_a his_o supremacy_n unto_o the_o grant_n of_o this_o licence_n yet_o a_o
