he_o can_v move_v or_o hold_v his_o hand_n and_o can_v speak_v or_o keep_v silence_n or_o compose_v the_o outward_a part_n of_o his_o body_n or_o suffer_v they_o to_o break_v out_o into_o disorder_n which_o regiment_n when_o he_o have_v obtain_v over_o himself_o outward_o and_o for_o a_o time_n practise_v he_o shall_v find_v a_o considerable_a change_n in_o his_o inward_a man_n in_o due_a time_n and_o the_o heat_n allay_v and_o a_o wonderful_a calm_a and_o tranquillity_n with_o admiration_n that_o he_o shall_v heretofore_o be_v hurry_v away_o in_o a_o storm_n frivolous_o occasion_v and_o as_o it_o be_v observe_v that_o too_o hot_a metal_a horse_n which_o be_v apt_a to_o run_v away_o with_o their_o rider_n be_v no_o way_n better_o tame_v and_o take_v off_o their_o courage_n than_o by_o accustom_v they_o to_o walk_v a_o footpace_n so_o modest_a and_o moderate_a action_n outward_o will_v in_o time_n qualify_v the_o impetuousness_n of_o the_o mind_n it_o be_v therefore_o well_o worth_a
