complain_v of_o the_o sin_n of_o his_o people_n though_o they_o do_v so_o many_o costly_a duty_n that_o he_o be_v weary_a to_o bear_v they_o what_o can_v the_o infinite_a god_n bear_v they_o and_o can_v a_o sinful_a heart_n bear_v they_o yea_o how_o dare_v a_o poor_a wretch_n live_v wilful_o one_o hour_n in_o sin_n when_o as_o he_o know_v that_o god_n will_v not_o pardon_v it_o without_o great_a repentance_n but_o here_o perhaps_o he_o will_v shift_v or_o pervert_v some_o scripture_n or_o another_o to_o palliate_v his_o conscience_n but_o now_o if_o we_o thorough_o understand_v and_o consider_v the_o argument_n i_o be_o upon_o we_o can_v find_v out_o no_o way_n to_o escape_v punishment_n for_o our_o sin_n if_o this_o be_v true_a that_o god_n can_v in_o justice_n pardon_v sin_n without_o punishment_n god_n will_v punish_v all_o our_o sin_n either_o in_o our_o own_o person_n or_o in_o our_o surety_n when_o i_o say_v god_n can_v let_v sin_n pass_v unpunished_a the_o reason_n be_v because_o god_n can_v do_v that_o which_o be_v contrary_a to_o his_o nature_n nor_o change_v his_o nature_n it_o be_v a_o contradiction_n to_o conceit_n this_o it_o be_v say_v in_o the_o second_o of_o timothy_n 2.13_o god_n can_v deny_v himself_o etc._n etc._n and_o shall_v a_o sinner_n then_o dare_v to_o live_v one_o hour_n in_o such_o a_o estate_n that_o if_o god_n do_v not_o or_o can_v deny_v himself_o if_o he_o die_v in_o it_o he_o shall_v infallible_o be_v damn_v do_v not_o go_v away_o now_o and_o say_v as_o the_o people_n do_v of_o ezekiel_n chapt._n 20._o verse_n the_o last_o do_v they_o not_o say_v of_o i_o o_o lord_n god_n do_v not_o this_o man_n speak_v parable_n but_o friend_n this_o be_v no_o parable_n that_o i_o preach_v but_o a_o plain_a truth_n and_o undeniable_a and_o therefore_o if_o you_o be_v rational_a you_o must_v needs_o yield_v to_o the_o strength_n of_o these_o thing_n 4_o if_o there_o be_v so_o much_o evil_n in_o sin_n then_o let_v we_o set_v our_o strength_n against_o it_o and_o all_o the_o temptation_n of_o satan_n whereby_o by_o he_o labour_v to_o draw_v we_o into_o it_o i_o may_v here_o tell_v you_o of_o the_o danger_n of_o sin_n how_o that_o death_n be_v the_o wage_n thereof_o and_o that_o eternal_a fire_n shall_v be_v the_o portion_n of_o all_o impenitent_a sinner_n but_o brethren_n it_o be_v a_o strong_a argument_n when_o i_o tell_v you_o that_o it_o be_v contrary_a to_o god_n and_o this_o be_v true_a not_o only_o of_o great_a sin_n but_o also_o of_o small_a as_o it_o be_v sin_n those_o little_a sin_n as_o we_o term_v they_o even_o vain_a thought_n jer._n 4.14_o and_o idle_a word_n matth._n 12.36_o do_v expose_v you_o to_o eternal_a wrath_n not_o only_o a_o profane_a conversation_n but_o also_o a_o vain_a conversation_n will_v prove_v thy_o destruction_n without_o a_o redeemer_n and_o therefore_o christ_n die_v for_o this_o end_n to_o redeem_v
