by_o particular_a law_n right_n &_o custom_n but_o that_o we_o shall_v take_v all_o man_n for_o our_o countryman_n and_o fellow_n citizen_n that_o as_o there_o be_v but_o one_o world_n so_o there_o may_v be_v but_o one_o kind_n of_o life_n thus_o do_v this_o prudent_a and_o virtuous_a monarch_n give_v out_o that_o he_o be_v send_v from_o heaven_n to_o be_v a_o common_a refourmer_n governor_n and_o reconcilour_n of_o the_o whole_a world_n so_o that_o he_o employ_v all_o his_o might_n to_o reduce_v and_o bring_v to_o civility_n barbarous_a king_n to_o plant_v grecian_a city_n that_o they_o may_v live_v civil_o among_o the_o untamed_a and_o savage_a nation_n and_o establish_v every_o where_n law_n and_o a_o peaceable_a kind_n of_o life_n even_o among_o unbrideled_a people_n who_o never_o hear_v word_n speak_v either_o of_o peace_n or_o law_n those_o who_o he_o can_v not_o assemble_v together_o by_o persuasion_n of_o reason_n he_o constrain_v by_o force_n of_o arm_n so_o that_o he_o cause_v they_o all_o to_o drink_v as_o you_o will_v say_v in_o the_o same_o cup_n of_o love_n &_o friendship_n by_o intermingle_v their_o life_n manner_n marriage_n and_o fashion_n of_o live_v he_o command_v that_o all_o man_n live_v shall_v account_v the_o whole_a habitable_a earth_n for_o their_o country_n and_o his_o camp_n for_o their_o castle_n and_o tower_n of_o defence_n and_o that_o all_o good_a man_n shall_v be_v of_o kin_n one_o to_o another_o and_o the_o wicked_a only_a stranger_n moreover_o he_o will_v that_o the_o grecian_a and_o barbarian_a shall_v no_o more_o be_v distinguy_v by_o their_o garment_n but_o that_o the_o grecian_a shall_v be_v know_v and_o discern_v by_o virtue_n and_o the_o barbarian_a by_o vice_n account_v all_o virtuous_a man_n grecian_n and_o all_o vicious_a man_n barbarian_n therefore_o plutark_o say_v very_o well_o that_o they_o who_o be_v tame_v and_o bring_v under_o his_o yoke_n be_v a_o great_a deal_n more_o happy_a than_o those_o that_o escape_v his_o power_n because_o these_o man_n have_v none_o to_o cause_v they_o to_o leave_v of_o from_o live_v miserablic_a and_o the_o other_o be_v compel_v by_o the_o conqueror_n to_o live_v happy_o whereby_o he_o deserve_v no_o less_o the_o name_n of_o a_o great_a philosopher_n than_o do_v pythagoras_n socrates_n and_o other_o who_o although_o they_o write_v nothing_o yet_o be_v so_o call_v
