over_o you_o but_o also_o you_o do_v desire_v that_o some_o proceed_n from_o her_o majesty_n body_n may_v by_o a_o perpetual_a succession_n reign_v over_o your_o posterity_n also_o a_o matter_n and_o prune_v his_o tree_n withal_o and_o then_o to_o lay_v they_o up_o in_o fair_a box_n and_o bag_n without_o use_n of_o they_o and_o be_v it_o not_o as_o strange_a trow_v you_o to_o make_v law_n to_o reform_v man_n manner_n and_o to_o prune_v away_o the_o ill_a branch_n and_o member_n of_o the_o common-weal_n and_o then_o to_o lay_v up_o those_o law_n in_o fair_a book_n and_o box_n without_o execution_n of_o they_o sure_o there_o be_v a_o small_a difference_n betwixt_o these_o cause_n may_v it_o be_v much_o better_a to_o have_v no_o new_a law_n make_v at_o all_o than_o to_o have_v law_n not_o execute_v for_o the_o former_a do_v but_o leave_v we_o in_o the_o state_n we_o be_v in_o before_o the_o make_n of_o the_o new_a law_n but_o not_o to_o execute_v they_o be_v to_o breed_v a_o contempt_n of_o law_n and_o lawmaker_n and_o of_o all_o magistrate_n which_o be_v the_o mother_n and_o nurse_n of_o disobedience_n and_o what_o she_o breed_v and_o bring_v forth_o i_o leave_v to_o you_o to_o judge_v now_o this_o offence_n of_o not_o execute_v of_o law_n grow_v so_o great_a it_o rest_v to_o see_v in_o who_o default_n this_o be_v and_o who_o ought_v to_o have_v the_o burden_n concern_v the_o grant_n of_o a_o subsidy_n her_o majesty_n have_v command_v i_o to_o say_v unto_o you_o that_o that_o grant_n be_v a_o manifest_a declaration_n by_o deed_n of_o that_o which_o before_o be_v declare_v by_o word_n for_o how_o can_v such_o a_o grant_v be_v make_v and_o in_o such_o manner_n grant_v and_o by_o such_o person_n but_o that_o of_o necessity_n it_o must_v proceed_v from_o
