of_o his_o reign_n at_o the_o earnest_a petition_n of_o the_o commons_o with_o the_o advice_n and_o assent_v of_o his_o prelate_n earl_n baron_n and_o other_o of_o his_o council_n in_o that_o pa●liament_n for_o the_o common_a benefit_n of_o the_o realm_n grant_v for_o he_o his_o heir_n and_o successor_n free_a liberty_n to_o all_o and_o every_o person_n of_o this_o realm_n that_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o may_v dig_v for_o mine_n of_o gold_n silver_n and_o 〈◊〉_d treasure_n within_o he_o or_o their_o own_o soil_n by_o the_o view_n and_o oversight_n of_o such_o clerk_n and_o
