in_o his_o law_n he_o thus_o declare_v to_o you_o his_o pleasure_n he_o be_v omniscient_a and_o most_o prudent_a such_o as_o desire_v to_o cast_v obloquy_n among_o the_o true-believer_n shall_v be_v rigorous_o chastise_v in_o this_o world_n and_o in_o the_o other_o god_n know_v that_o of_o which_o you_o be_v ignorant_a have_v not_o god_n be_v favourable_a to_o you_o he_o have_v chastise_v you_o in_o burn_a fury_n he_o be_v gracious_a and_o merciful_a oh_o you_o that_o be_v true-believer_n follow_v not_o the_o footstep_n of_o the_o devil_n he_o will_v enjoin_v you_o vice_n and_o sin_n have_v not_o god_n gratify_v you_o with_o his_o mercy_n not_o any_o among_o you_o shall_v have_v be_v purge_v from_o that_o imposture_n but_o god_n purify_v who_o he_o see_v good_a he_o hear_v all_o and_o know_v all_o your_o intention_n the_o most_o rich_a and_o powerful_a among_o you_o have_v not_o swear_v to_o do_v no_o good_a to_o their_o parent_n the_o poor_a or_o to_o they_o that_o fight_v for_o the_o law_n of_o god_n nevertheless_o they_o do_v it_o not_o to_o they_o and_o fly_v they_o desire_v they_o not_o that_o god_n shall_v pardon_v they_o he_o be_v neither_o gentle_a nor_o pitiful_a they_o be_v chaste_a that_o they_o suffer_v nothing_o of_o their_o beauty_n to_o be_v see_v but_o what_o ought_v to_o be_v see_v that_o they_o cover_v their_o bosom_n and_o their_o visage_n that_o they_o permit_v they_o not_o to_o be_v be_v see_v but_o by_o their_o husband_n their_o child_n the_o child_n of_o their_o husband_n their_o brother_n their_o nephew_n their_o sister_n their_o woman_n and_o their_o daughter_n maidservant_n and_o slave_n by_o their_o domestics_n that_o be_v not_o capable_a of_o marriage_n by_o child_n that_o regard_v not_o the_o beauty_n of_o woman_n and_o that_o they_o move_v not_o their_o foot_n to_o show_v they_o be_v well_o shod_a implore_v pardon_n of_o god_n peradventure_o you_o shall_v be_v happy_a many_o maiden_n of_o your_o own_o religion_n the_o daughter_n of_o the_o righteous_a or_o your_o slave_n if_o they_o be_v poor_a god_n shall_v enrich_v they_o with_o his_o grace_n he_o be_v most_o liberal_a and_o omniscient_a such_o as_o have_v not_o mean_n to_o marry_v shall_v live_v chaste_o until_o god_n have_v give_v they_o mean_n such_o as_o have_v desire_n to_o marry_v their_o slave_n shall_v have_v power_n to_o pass_v a_o contract_n of_o marriage_n if_o they_o know_v they_o to_o be_v wise_a and_o shall_v give_v they_o part_v of_o the_o wealth_n that_o god_n have_v bestow_v on_o they_o despise_v not_o your_o wife_n that_o be_v chaste_a to_o commit_v whoredom_n if_o you_o desire_v good_a in_o this_o world_n if_o you_o contemn_v they_o god_n shall_v be_v to_o they_o propitious_a and_o merciful_a we_o have_v send_v to_o you_o these_o the_o lamp_n that_o be_v in_o the_o lantern_n of_o crystal_n feed_v with_o oil_n of_o the_o bless_a olive_n it_o seem_v to_o be_v a_o star_n full_a of_o light_n which_o go_v neither_o to_o the_o west_n nor_o to_o the_o east_n and_o yield_v brightness_n upon_o brightness_n god_n guide_v by_o his_o light_n who_o it_o please_v he_o he_o teach_v his_o people_n parable_n and_o be_v omniscient_a he_o permit_v you_o to_o praise_v he_o in_o your_o house_n there_o to_o be_v mindful_a of_o his_o name_n and_o to_o exalt_v he_o evening_n and_o morning_n oh_o you_o man_n your_o affair_n ought_v not_o to_o hinder_v your_o remembrance_n of_o his_o divine_a majesty_n to_o make_v your_o prayer_n at_o the_o time_n appoint_v neither_o to_o pay_v tithe_n fear_v the_o day_n when_o the_o heart_n of_o man_n shall_v be_v perplex_v and_o their_o sight_n trouble_v when_o god_n shall_v reward_v and_o chastise_v every_o one_o after_o his_o work_n and_o shall_v augment_v his_o grace_n upon_o the_o good_a he_o enrich_v with_o his_o innumerable_a benefit_n who_o to_o he_o seem_v good_a the_o good_a work_n of_o the_o wicked_a be_v like_a to_o mist_n in_o a_o spacious_a plain_n they_o seem_v to_o be_v water_n when_o afar_o off_o and_o be_v approach_v nothing_o be_v to_o be_v there_o find_v they_o shall_v find_v before_o god_n the_o book_n wherein_o be_v write_v whatsoever_o they_o have_v do_v he_o shall_v punish_v they_o according_a to_o their_o demerit_n he_o be_v exact_a to_o keep_v account_n their_o action_n be_v moreover_o like_a to_o the_o darkness_n that_o be_v in_o the_o bottom_n of_o give_v they_o a_o exceed_o great_a reward_n oh_o you_o wife_n of_o the_o prophet_n such_o of_o you_o as_o shall_v be_v unchaste_a shall_v be_v punish_v double_o more_o than_o other_o woman_n this_o be_v a_o thing_n easy_a to_o god_n such_o among_o you_o as_o shall_v obey_v god_n and_o his_o prophet_n and_o shall_v do_v good_a work_n shall_v be_v reward_v more_o than_o other_o woman_n a_o exceed_a great_a reward_n be_v prepare_v for_o you_o oh_o you_o wife_n of_o the_o prophet_n you_o be_v not_o like_o other_o woman_n of_o the_o world_n fear_v god_n and_o believe_v not_o in_o the_o discourse_n of_o such_o as_o have_v design_n to_o seduce_v you_o speak_v with_o civility_n abide_v in_o your_o house_n go_v not_o forth_o to_o make_v your_o beauty_n appear_v and_o to_o make_v a_o show_n as_o do_v the_o ignorant_a of_o old_a pray_v to_o god_n with_o affection_n give_v alm_n obey_v god_n and_o his_o prophet_n god_n will_v deliver_v you_o from_o his_o wrath_n and_o will_v purify_v you_o be_v mindful_a of_o the_o law_n that_o be_v teach_v you_o in_o your_o house_n he_o be_v merciful_a to_o they_o that_o honour_v he_o he_o know_v all_o the_o action_n of_o the_o prophet_n he_o have_v promise_v his_o mercy_n and_o a_o exceed_o great_a reward_n to_o those_o man_n and_o woman_n that_o shall_v obey_v his_o commandment_n those_o man_n and_o woman_n that_o believe_v in_o his_o unity_n that_o resign_v themselves_o to_o his_o divine_a pleasure_n that_o be_v patient_a and_o humble_a that_o speak_v the_o truth_n that_o fast_o give_v alm_n and_o be_v chaste_a and_o the_o man_n and_o woman_n that_o observe_v his_o law_n ought_v not_o to_o control_v his_o action_n neither_o those_o of_o his_o prophet_n nor_o say_v that_o they_o can_v do_v better_a than_o they_o if_o they_o will_v endeavour_v it_n he_o that_o disobey_v god_n and_o his_o prophet_n err_v from_o the_o right_a way_n remember_v what_o thou_o do_v say_v to_o he_o who_o god_n favour_v to_o receive_v he_o into_o his_o law_n and_o who_o thou_o do_v gratify_v with_o liberty_n that_o say_v divorce_v not_o thy_o wife_n beauty_n and_o fear_v god_n thou_o conceal_v in_o thy_o mind_n a_o design_n which_o god_n shall_v discover_v thou_o fear_v the_o people_n but_o it_o be_v thy_o duty_n to_o fear_n god_n alone_o when_o zeid_n do_v repuidate_v his_o wife_n we_o marry_v thou_o to_o she_o to_o the_o end_n there_o may_v remain_v no_o error_n among_o the_o true_a believer_n when_o they_o shall_v repudiate_v their_o wife_n they_o shall_v observe_v in_o repudiate_a they_o what_o god_n have_v ordain_v the_o be_v execute_v without_o delay_n such_o as_o preach_v the_o word_n of_o god_n his_o apostle_n and_o prophet_n fear_v none_o but_o his_o divine_a majesty_n joahir_n it_o suffice_v they_o that_o they_o be_v in_o his_o protection_n mahomet_n be_v not_o your_o father_n he_o be_v the_o apostle_n of_o god_n and_o the_o last_o of_o all_o the_o prophet_n god_n know_v all_o thing_n there_o shall_v not_o come_v another_o prophet_n after_o he_o oh_o you_o that_o believe_v in_o god_n think_v frequent_o on_o his_o divine_a majesty_n praise_v he_o morning_n and_o evening_n he_o shall_v give_v you_o his_o mercy_n the_o angel_n implore_v pardon_n that_o he_o may_v deliver_v from_o darkness_n he_o be_v merciful_a to_o true_a believer_n the_o angel_n shall_v salute_v they_o on_o his_o behalf_n at_o the_o day_n of_o judgement_n he_o have_v prepare_v for_o they_o a_o exceed_o great_a reward_n oh_o prophet_n we_o have_v send_v thou_o to_o be_v witness_n of_o the_o deportment_n of_o the_o people_n and_o as_o a_o light_n to_o conduct_v they_o into_o the_o right_a way_n proclaim_v to_o the_o true_a believer_n that_o they_o shall_v receive_v of_o thy_o lord_n a_o exceed_o great_a grace_n obey_v not_o infidel_n nor_o the_o wicked_a fear_v not_o their_o malice_n and_o trust_v in_o god_n thou_o ought_v to_o be_v satisfy_v that_o god_n protect_v thou_o o_o you_o that_o believe_v it_o be_v not_o lawful_a for_o you_o to_o abuse_v your_o wife_n if_o you_o repudiate_v they_o before_o you_o have_v know_v they_o deal_v well_o with_o they_o and_o dismiss_v they_o with_o mildness_n and_o civility_n o_o prophet_n we_o permit_v thou_o to_o know_v the_o woman_n to_o who_o thou_o have_v give_v dowry_n the_o women-slave_n which_o god_n have_v give_v thou_o the_o daughter_n of_o thy_o uncle_n and_o of_o thy_o aunt_n that_o have_v abandon_v with_o thou_o the_o company_n of_o the_o wicked_a and_o the_o true-believing_a wife_n that_o shall_v be_v give_v thou_o if_o thou_o will_v marry_v she_o and_o that_o she_o be_v not_o the_o wife_n of_o a_o true_a believer_n we_o know_v what_o we_o have_v command_v true-believer_n touch_v their_o wife_n and_o their_o slave_n we_o have_v instruct_v thou_o therein_o to_o the_o end_n thou_o offend_v not_o god_n he_o be_v gracious_a and_o merciful_a to_o such_o as_o obey_v he_o thou_o shall_v retain_v who_o of_o thy_o wife_n thou_o shall_v desire_v to_o retain_v and_o shall_v repudiate_v such_o as_o thou_o shall_v desire_v to_o repudiate_v and_o shall_v lie_v with_o they_o that_o shall_v please_v thou_o it_o be_v better_a that_o thou_o repudiate_v when_o you_o shall_v have_v take_v your_o repast_n depart_v out_o of_o the_o house_n and_o tar●…y_v not_o to_o discourse_v one_o with_o another_o this_o molest_v the_o prophet_n he_o be_v ashamed_a to_o bid_v you_o be_v go_v but_o god_n be_v not_o ashamed_a to_o tell_v you_o the_o truth_n the_o wife_n of_o the_o prophet_n shall_v have_v the_o face_n cover_v when_o you_o shall_v speak_v unto_o they_o this_o better_a resent_v of_o purity_n both_o in_o they_o and_o in_o you_o you_o ought_v not_o to_o importune_v the_o prophet_n of_o god_n neither_o to_o know_v his_o wife_n this_o will_v be_v a_o most_o enormous_a sin_n if_o you_o conceal_v any_o design_n or_o discover_v it_o know_v that_o god_n know_v all_o they_o shall_v 〈◊〉_d ●…fend_v god_n in_o suffer_v themselves_o to_o be_v 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d father_n their_o child_n their_o brethren_n their_o nephew_n their_o maidservant_n and_o their_o ●…he_a slave_n they_o shall_v fear_v god_n ●…e_o see_v 〈◊〉_d god_n and_o the_o angels*_n pray_v for_o the_o prophet_n o_o 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d ●…din_fw-mi pray_v for_o the_o prophet_n and_o obey_v he_o 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d displease_v god_n and_o his_o prophet_n 〈◊〉_d be_v 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d this_o world_n and_o shall_v feel_v rigorous_a 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d the_o other_o such_o as_o do_v injury_n without_o rea●…_n to_o those_o man_n and_o woman_n that_o 〈◊〉_d in_o god_n ●…mmit_v a_o exceed_o great_a sin_n 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d wife_n and_o thy_o daughter_n and_o 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d true_a believer_n that_o they_o cover_v themselves_o with_o 〈◊〉_d they_o shall_v be_v more_o honour_a and_o shall_v 〈◊〉_d no_o displeasure_n god_n be_v gration_n and_o merciful_a if_o the_o wicked_a the_o who_o 〈◊〉_d and_o 〈◊〉_d of_o medina_n that_o be_v weak_a in_o their_o 〈◊〉_d quit_v not_o their_o impiety_n i_o will_v give_v thou_o absolute_a power_n over_o they_o and_o few_o among_o they_o will_v 〈◊〉_d thou_o but_o take_v thou_o they_o and_o slay_v they_o 〈◊〉_d thou_o shall_v meet_v they_o god_n so_o command_v 〈◊〉_d so_o that_o be_v before_o thou_o thou_o shall_v ●…nd_v 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d the_o law_n of_o god_n the_o people_n will_v inquire_v of_o thou_o when_o shall_v be_v the_o day_n
