to_o manage_v the_o trial_n between_o the_o suppose_a offender_n and_o the_o pretend_v offend_v though_o the_o quarrel_n be_v still_o his_o own_o and_o the_o thing_n design_v only_o to_o bring_v about_o his_o revenge_n or_o what_o please_v he_o best_o which_o he_o be_v able_a to_o manage_v without_o control_v as_o you_o well_o know_v for_o by_o his_o twenty_o year_n prerogative_n he_o will_v not_o suffer_v the_o case_n to_o be_v debate_v between_o the_o offender_n and_o his_o accuser_n and_o those_o of_o the_o court_n nor_o be_v it_o necessary_a in_o his_o government_n though_o prescribe_v in_o scripture_n that_o the_o weak_a offend_a brother_n shall_v endeavour_v first_o by_o himself_o and_o afterward_o with_o one_o or_o two_o more_o to_o admonish_v the_o offender_n but_o such_o be_v his_o arbitrary_a order_n that_o the_o party_n accuse_v shall_v never_o know_v who_o his_o accuse_a weak_a brethren_n be_v nor_o do_v i_o know_v to_o this_o day_n though_o i_o do_v several_a time_n demand_v the_o same_o have_v thus_o settle_v his_o absolute_a government_n wherein_o himself_o in_o effect_n have_v authority_n to_o all_o viz._n accuse_v judge_n and_o condemn_v whilst_o all_o the_o rest_n be_v silent_a or_o speak_v according_a to_o his_o pleasure_n not_o dare_v to_o oppose_v so_o as_o to_o take_v the_o prisoner_n part_n upon_o pain_n of_o damnation_n what_o then_o i_o pray_v shall_v hinder_v he_o from_o exercise_v his_o usurp_v authority_n and_o make_v his_o tyranny_n and_o cruelty_n his_o unlimited_a power_n and_o greatness_n know_v so_o that_o he_o may_v as_o he_o lift_v prosecute_v his_o revenge_n against_o those_o that_o will_v not_o adore_v he_o the_o refusal_n whereof_o i_o very_o believe_v be_v my_o great_a crime_n he_o therefore_o call_v a_o court_n command_v one_o of_o his_o subject_n as_o he_o think_v to_o appear_v before_o his_o lordship_n and_o there_o accuse_v he_o as_o aforesaid_a for_o accept_v of_o a_o lawful_a favour_n from_o a_o king_n but_o subtle_o pretend_v it_o a_o offence_n to_o the_o weak_a brethren_n and_o common_a fort_n of_o man_n as_o he_o call_v they_o this_o thing_n faith_n he_o be_v odious_a and_o abominable_a and_o according_a to_o our_o law_n unsufferable_a whoredom_n fornication_n or_o idolatry_n we_o allow_v of_o rather_o than_o this._n what_o say_v thou_o thou_o may_v plead_v for_o thyself_o but_o it_o be_v to_o no_o purpose_n for_o if_o thou_o have_v offend_v i_o and_o my_o delude_a weak_a one_o thou_o shall_v know_v that_o i_o be_o thy_o accuser_n lord_n and_o judge_n myself_o and_o thou_o must_v not_o expect_v any_o benefit_n in_o this_o court_n by_o plead_v thy_o cause_n with_o any_o other_o beside_o myself_o for_o it_o be_v my_o privilege_n and_o have_v be_v so_o these_o twenty_o year_n and_o what_o do_v you_o think_v i_o will_v loose_v it_o now_o and_o then_o after_o a_o insult_a manner_n render_v such_o a_o one_o as_o odious_a as_o malice_n and_o a_o lie_a tongue_n subtle_o can_v express_v as_o you_o may_v likewise_o well_o remember_v all_o which_o perhaps_o stranger_n may_v suppose_v to_o be_v only_o
