will_v preach_v nor_o can_v any_o wise_a man_n live_v commend_v he_o to_o the_o bishop_n as_o fit_a to_o make_v a_o good_a preacher_n since_o he_o that_o be_v the_o best_a scholar_n live_v and_o perhaps_o as_o good_a a_o man_n as_o any_o yet_o may_v prove_v but_o a_o ill_a preacher_n if_o he_o have_v preach_v before_o and_o do_v well_o without_o licence_n than_o it_o seem_v it_o be_v lawful_a to_o preach_v without_o a_o licence_n for_o probation_n no_o doubt_n though_o most_o of_o late_o have_v deny_v this_o but_o
