they_o can_v and_o such_o as_o may_v be_v to_o the_o honour_n of_o god_n to_o the_o honour_n and_o surety_n of_o his_o regal_a person_n and_o state_n and_o to_o the_o general_a wealth_n of_o this_o hole_n realm_n and_o further_o if_o any_o subject_n shall_v know_v of_o any_o thing_n which_o be_v or_o may_v be_v to_o the_o noyaunce_n or_o damage_n of_o his_o princis_fw-la person_n or_o estate_n he_o be_v bind_v by_o this_o commandment_n to_o disclose_v the_o same_o with_o all_o speed_n to_o the_o prince_n himself_o or_o to_o some_o of_o his_o counsel_n for_o it_o be_v the_o very_a law_n of_o nature_n that_o every_o member_n shall_v employ_v himself_o to_o preserve_v &_o defend_v the_o head_n and_o sure_o wisdom_n and_o polycie_n will_v the_o same_o for_o of_o conspiracy_n and_o treason_n come_v no_o goodness_n but_o infinite_a hurt_n damage_n and_o peril_n to_o the_o common_a weal_n and_o that_o all_o subject_n do_v owe_v unto_o their_o prince_n and_o governor_n such_o honour_n and_o obedience_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a it_o appear_v evident_o in_o sundry_a place_n of_o scripture_n but_o special_o in_o the_o epistle_n of_o saint_n paul_n xiii_o rom._n xiii_o and_o saint_n peter_n for_o saint_n paul_n say_v in_o this_o manner_n every_o man_n must_v be_v obedient_a unto_o the_o high_a power_n for_o the_o power_n be_v of_o god_n and_o therefore_o who_o so_o ever_o resist_v the_o power_n resy_v the_o ordinance_n of_o god_n and_o they_o that_o resy_v the_o ordinance_n of_o god_n shall_v get_v to_o themselves_o damnation_n for_o ruler_n be_v not_o fearful_a to_o they_o that_o be_v good_a but_o to_o they_o that_o do_v evil_a will_v not_o thou_o fear_v the_o power_n do_v well_o and_o thou_o shall_v have_v praise_n of_o the_o same_o for_o he_o be_v the_o minister_n of_o god_n for_o thy_o wealth_n but_o if_o thou_o do_v evyll_n then_o fear_v for_o he_o bear_v not_o the_o sword_n without_o cause_n for_o he_o be_v the_o minister_n of_o god_n to_o punish_v the_o evyll_n doer_n therefore_o you_o must_v obey_v not_o only_o for_o the_o fear_n of_o punysshement_n but_o also_o
all_o other_o evyll_n behavyour_fw-mi of_o our_o tongue_n against_o our_o neighbour_n which_o all_o be_v forbid_v by_o this_o commandment_n for_o they_o be_v root_n and_o occasion_n of_o murder_n and_o other_o bodily_a hurt_n the_o contrary_a of_o all_o these_o thing_n be_v command_v by_o this_o commandment_n that_o be_v to_o say_v that_o we_o shall_v with_o our_o heart_n love_v our_o neighbour_n and_o with_o our_o tongue_n speak_v well_o of_o they_o and_o to_o theym_v and_o in_o our_o act_n and_o dede_n do_v good_a unto_o they_o show_v towards_o they_o in_o heart_n word_n and_o deed_n patience_n mekenes_n mercy_n and_o gentylnes_n yea_o though_o they_o be_v our_o adversaries_n and_o enemy_n and_o that_o this_o be_v the_o true_a sense_n and_o meaning_n of_o this_o commandment_n it_o appear_v by_o the_o exposition_n of_o our_o saviour_n christ_n in_o the_o gospel_n â—_o math._n â—_o where_o he_o declare_v that_o we_o shall_v neither_o hurt_v any_o man_n in_o deed_n nor_o speak_v of_o he_o or_o unto_o he_o maliciouse_o or_o contemptuouse_o with_o our_o tongue_n nor_o bear_v malice_n or_o anger_n in_o our_o heart_n but_o that_o we_o shall_v love_v they_o that_o hate_v we_o say_v well_o by_o they_o that_o say_v evyll_n by_o we_o and_o do_v good_a unto_o they_o that_o do_v evyll_n unto_o us._n and_o accord_v to_o the_o same_o say_n of_o christ_n saint_n john_n say_v also_o that_o he_o that_o hate_v his_o brother_n iii._n â—_o joan._n iii._n be_v a_o manqueller_n it_o be_v not_o forbid_a by_o this_o commandment_n but_o that_o all_o ruler_n and_o governor_n as_o prince_n judge_n father_n master_n and_o such_o other_o may_v for_o the_o correction_n of_o theym_n which_o be_v under_o their_o governance_n use_v such_o manner_n of_o punysshement_n either_o by_o rebukefull_a or_o sharp_a word_n or_o by_o bodily_a chastyse_a as_o the_o law_n of_o every_o realm_n do_v permit_v and_o not_o only_o they_o may_v do_v thus_o but_o also_o they_o be_v bind_v so_o to_o do_v unless_o they_o see_v reasonable_a cause_n to_o the_o contrary_a and_o offend_v god_n if_o they_o do_v it_o not_o as_o be_v before_o declare_v in_o the_o u_o commandment_n all_o ruler_n also_o must_v beware_v and_o take_v heed_n that_o in_o their_o correction_n and_o punishment_n they_o do_v not_o proceed_v upon_o any_o private_a malice_n of_o their_o heart_n or_o displeasure_n towards_o any_o man_n or_o for_o any_o lucre_n favour_n or_o fear_v of_o any_o person_n but_o that_o they_o have_v their_o eye_n and_o consideration_n only_o upon_o the_o reformation_n &_o amendment_n of_o the_o person_n who_o they_o do_v correct_v or_o else_o upon_o the_o good_a order_fw-fr and_o quietness_n of_o the_o common_a weal_n so_o that_o still_o there_o may_v remain_v in_o their_o heart_n charity_n and_o love_n towards_o the_o person_n they_o punyshe_v and_o like_v as_o the_o father_n love_v his_o child_n even_o when_o he_o beat_v he_o eeven_n so_o a_o good_a judge_n when_o he_o gyve_v sentence_n of_o death_n upon_o any_o guilty_a person_n although_o he_o show_v outward_o sharpness_n &_o rigour_n yet_o inwardly_o he_o ought_v to_o love_v the_o person_n and_o to_o be_v sorry_a and_o heavy_a for_o his_o offence_n and_o for_o the_o death_n which_o he_o himself_o by_o the_o law_n do_v and_o must_v needs_o condemn_v he_o unto_o and_o although_o inferior_a ruler_n and_o governor_n may_v correct_v and_o punysshe_v such_o as_o he_o under_o their_o governaunce_n yet_o they_o may_v not_o punysshe_v by_o death_n nor_o mutilate_v maim_n or_o imprison_v they_o or_o use_v any_o corporal_a violence_n towards_o theym_n otherwise_o then_o be_v permit_v by_o the_o high_a governor_n that_o be_v to_o say_v by_o the_o prince_n and_o his_o law_n from_o who_o all_o such_o authority_n do_v come_v for_o no_o man_n may_v kylle_v or_o use_v such_o bodily_a coercion_n but_o only_a prince_n and_o they_o which_o have_v authority_n from_o prince_n ne_o the_o say_a prince_n nor_o any_o for_o they_o may_v do_v the_o same_o but_o by_o and_o accord_v to_o the_o just_a order_fw-fr of_o their_o law_n and_o ordinance_n moreover_o no_o subject_n may_v draw_v their_o sword_n against_o their_o prince_n for_o any_o cause_n what_o so_o ever_o it_o be_v nor_o against_o any_o other_o save_v for_o lawful_a defence_n without_o their_o princess_n licence_n and_o it_o be_v their_o duty_n to_o draw_v their_o sword_n for_o the_o defence_n of_o their_o prince_n and_o realm_n when_o so_o ever_o the_o prince_n shall_v command_v theym_a so_o to_o do_v and_o although_o prince_n which_o be_v the_o chief_a and_o supreme_a head_n of_o their_o realm_n do_v otherwise_o than_o they_o ought_v to_o do_v yet_o god_n have_v assign_v no_o judge_n over_o they_o in_o this_o world_n but_o will_v have_v the_o iugement_n of_o they_o reserve_v to_o himself_o and_o will_v punyshe_v they_o when_o he_o see_v his_o time_n and_o for_o amendment_n of_o such_o prince_n that_o do_v otherwise_o than_o they_o shall_v do_v the_o subject_n may_v not_o rebel_v but_o must_v pray_v to_o god_n which_o have_v the_o heart_n of_o prince_n in_o his_o hand_n that_o he_o so_o turn_v their_o heart_n dissemble_v it_o be_v transgressor_n of_o this_o commandment_n and_o all_o judge_n which_o sing_v no_o sufficient_a matter_n or_o cause_n of_o death_n or_o upon_o light_n trial_n without_o sufficient_a examination_n and_o discussion_n gyve_v sentence_n of_o death_n or_o when_o the_o matter_n or_o cause_n of_o death_n be_v sufficient_a and_o the_o trial_n good_a yet_o delyte_n in_o the_o death_n of_o the_o person_n be_v transgressor_n of_o this_o commandment_n and_o likewise_o be_v all_o those_o which_o in_o cause_n of_o life_n &_o death_n be_v impanel_v upon_o inqueste_n do_v lyght_o condemn_v or_o indite_v any_o person_n without_o sufficient_a evidence_n examination_n and_o discussion_n of_o the_o information_n give_v unto_o they_o and_o moreover_o all_o those_o which_o either_o in_o such_o cause_n do_v gyve_v false_a evidence_n or_o information_n either_o wittyngly_a contrary_a to_o their_o own_o conscience_n or_o doubt_v of_o the_o truth_n of_o those_o information_n or_o without_o sufficient_a examination_n do_v promote_v enforce_v or_o maintain_v such_o evidence_n information_n or_o inditemente_n do_v also_o break_v this_o commandment_n so_o do_v all_o they_o which_o wyllyng_o do_v kill_v themselves_o for_o any_o manner_n of_o cause_n for_o so_o to_o do_v there_o can_v be_v no_o pretence_n of_o lawfulle_a cause_n ne_o of_o just_a order_n and_o therefore_o he_o that_o so_o do_v kyll_v at_o one_o both_o body_n and_o soul_n final_o all_o they_o which_o bear_v hatred_n and_o malice_n against_o their_o neighbour_n and_o either_o malyciouse_o speak_v word_n of_o contempt_n dyspite_n check_v curse_v and_o such_o other_o or_o else_o publysshe_v their_o neighbour_n offence_n to_o their_o slander_n rather_o than_o to_o their_o amendment_n and_o general_o all_o they_o that_o live_v in_o ire_n malice_n envy_n and_o murmuringe_v at_o other_o man_n wealth_n or_o rejoice_v at_o other_o man_n trouble_n or_o hurt_v or_o such_o other_o like_a they_o offend_v all_o against_o this_o precepte_v the_o exposition_n of_o the_o seventhe_n commandement_fw-fr of_o god_n thou_o shall_v not_o commit_v adultery_n although_o this_o word_n adultery_n do_v signify_v proper_o the_o unlaufull_a commixtion_n of_o a_o marry_a man_n with_o any_o other_o woman_n than_o with_o his_o own_o wife_n or_o else_o of_o a_o marry_a woman_n with_o any_o other_o man_n than_o her_o own_o husband_n yet_o in_o this_o commandment_n it_o be_v take_v not_o only_o for_o that_o but_o also_o for_o all_o manner_n unlaufull_a copulation_n between_o man_n and_o woman_n marry_v and_o unmarried_a and_o all_o manner_n of_o unlaufull_a use_n of_o those_o part_n which_o be_v ordain_v for_o generation_n whether_o it_o be_v by_o adultery_n fornication_n incest_n or_o any_o other_o mean_a and_o in_o lawful_a matrimonye_n a_o man_n may_v break_v this_o commandment_n and_o live_v unchaste_a with_o his_o own_o wife_n if_o he_o do_v unmeasurable_o or_o inordinate_o serve_v his_o or_o she_o fleshe_o
