declare_v unto_o man_n his_o righteousness_n and_o god_n say_v so_o be_v it_o he_o shall_v be_v righteous_a a_o minister_n pronounce_v mercy_n to_o a_o penitent_a sinner_n and_o forthwith_o god_n unto_o he_o for_o the_o same_o here_o he_o bind_v on_o earth_n here_o he_o retain_v on_o earth_n this_o man_n sin_n be_v likewise_o bind_v and_o retain_v in_o heaven_n on_o the_o other_o side_n he_o see_v a_o man_n penitent_a and_o believe_v he_o pronounce_v forgiveness_n of_o sin_n &_o happiness_n unto_o he_o for_o the_o same_o he_o lose_v he_o from_o the_o band_n of_o his_o sin_n by_o declare_v the_o porphet_n speak_v of_o not_o as_o the_o pope_n will_v have_v it_o to_o hold_v the_o stirrup_n and_o lead_v the_o horse_n and_o hold_v the_o water_n to_o the_o pope_n to_o kiss_v his_o toe_n to_o hold_v their_o kingdom_n of_o he_o as_o tenant_n at_o will_n or_o by_o courtesy_n but_o reverent_o to_o acknowledge_v the_o ordinance_n to_o be_v god_n the_o function_n and_o duty_n to_o be_v high_a and_o excellent_a to_o acknowledge_v the_o power_n of_o their_o key_n &_o censure_n be_v right_o apply_v their_o promise_n &_o their_o threaten_n to_o be_v as_o from_o god_n and_o to_o submit_v to_o they_o according_o second_o minister_n themselves_o here_o must_v learn_v minister_n when_o they_o take_v the_o word_n of_o reconciliation_n into_o their_o hand_n and_o mouth_n to_o call_v to_o mind_n who_o it_o be_v even_o the_o lord_n and_o that_o he_o work_v with_o they_o &_o have_v the_o great_a hand_n in_o the_o work_n and_o that_o therefore_o they_o must_v use_v it_o in_o holy_a manner_n with_o much_o fear_n &_o reverence_n it_o be_v not_o their_o own_o they_o may_v not_o use_v it_o as_o th●y_v list_n and_o last_o hearer_n be_v here_o teach_v first_o ●o_o see_v how_o mad_a such_o
