establish_v by_o law_n and_o resolute_o defend_v by_o his_o majesty_n and_o to_o root_v out_o episcopacy_n which_o as_o he_o have_v swear_v to_o support_v so_o have_v it_o be_v a_o great_a prop_n to_o the_o throne_n and_o therefore_o his_o majesty_n declare_v concern_v the_o 19_o proposition_n that_o he_o can_v not_o consent_v unto_o they_o without_o violate_v his_o conscience_n and_o a_o total_a extirpation_n of_o that_o government_n who_o right_n they_o have_v a_o mind_n to_o invade_v and_o which_o be_v necessary_a to_o the_o well_o be_v of_o his_o majesty_n as_o by_o many_o argument_n in_o the_o chapter_n concern_v church_n government_n it_o appear_v this_o certain_o be_v one_o of_o the_o keen_a instrument_n that_o hew_v down_o the_o throne_n for_o the_o speech_n without_o door_n defend_v mr._n challoner_n speech_n within_o door_n tell_v the_o parliament_n that_o they_o be_v bind_v by_o their_o covenant_n for_o bring_v evil_a instrument_n to_o condign_a punishment_n to_o
