expect_v that_o must_v depend_v upon_o the_o pleasure_n of_o every_o congregation_n of_o that_o association_n that_o remain_v still_o independent_a and_o under_o no_o obligation_n to_o submit_v any_o far_a than_o itself_o think_v good_a this_o be_v the_o case_n of_o the_o independent_o either_o there_o must_v be_v general_a officer_n to_o take_v care_n of_o this_o consociation_n as_o bishop_n or_o
